Placement Manager

Level -

3 Post Graduate Management Degree in Human Resource from Recognised institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed HR company with placement works.

MIS Assistant Level -

3 B. Tech in IT/Comp. branch/ MCA/MSc (IT) from reputed

academic institution

3 years of relevant experience of MIS development and MIS reports generations. Finance Assistant Level - 3 Recognized degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a project related setting. Proven ability to prepare necessary financial reports including budget preparation, maintaining books of accounts, statement of expenditure etc., i.e. ability to establish recognized procedures to account for fund use.

experience of handling MIS and MS Office. S/he should be able to coordinate with various government officials in ensuring delivery of the end results. Programme management skills would also be required with experience in handling a team (lower management) counted in terms of ability to manage office, address the administrative issues, tracking training partners, monitoring MIS and reporting, ensuring quality implementation, problem solving attitude etc.

At least 4 years work experience in Social Sector/Social Mobilisation Poor/ Rural Project Implementation.

Experience in managing/handling of state and national level large scale Skill Development/Poverty

Reduction/Livelihoods programme will be given preference. The person should have acknowledged capabilities in

implementing social strategies for poor in large scale poverty reduction programme/ skill development initiatives. S/he should have worked with community institutions and their federation, capacity building programmes, skill related developmental programmes. Programme management skills would also be required with experience counted in terms of ability to navigate through the guidelines of the state agencies/ partners (operational manuals), managing

partnership, assess the performance and relate results to the team and being a team member responsible for successful interventions at the community levels (rural & urban), etc. The person should have proven track record of:-

programmes of similar nature and size 2. Implementing Skill Development/

livelihoods/poverty reduction programme at scale.

3. Closely working with poor communities

The relevant training programmes/specific course in social mobilisation will be given weightage:-

Community Organizer Level -4 Bachelors in Social Work; Masters/ PG in Sociology, Social Work/Rural Management.

At least 3 years’ experience of working on community based projects, preferably on livelihoods/Skill development/ rural poverty reduction programmes at National/ State levels. The person should have worked at field level and had operational experience on working with community of the poor. S/he should have fair understanding about mobilizing for development projects, conducting rapid participatory appraisals, liaison with key resources and stakeholders etc. Person would be detailed to mobilize youth and maintain database on a monthly basis (225 candidates from all categories.).

Office assistant cum Data Entry Operator Level -4 Graduate in any stream and atleast 06 months

Certification course in Computer /

Application Software etc.

At Least 2 year of relevant experience in Data Entry work, Record creation and maintenance

 Experience in Data Entry with minimum typing speed of minimum 20 words per minute (in Hindi / English)

 Proficiency in MS Office Tools (exposure towards, Word, Excel)

The relevant training programmes/specific course in Computer Application will be given weightage.

## The required experience across all the positions would require hands on experience in MS Office; and Tally in case of Finance/ Accounting. Detailed roles and responsibilities across all positions shall be shared with the agency being awarded of the contract
