Para concluir, formularemos una propuesta de código que atienda a las necesidades de todos los códigos estudiados y cuya utilidad también pudiera hacerse extensible al nuevo medio de comunicación al que nos enfrentamos, Internet. A pesar de que tan sólo una asociación informática haya incluido la Red en su articulado, consideramos que este nuevo medio regirá en gran medida el discurrir futuro de la informática, y por ello le otorgamos gran relevancia.

1. El profesional informático deberá ser responsable en el desempeño de sus funciones laborales. 2. El informático debe respetar la Constitución, leyes y decretos vigentes en el ejercicio de su actividad

profesional.

3. En el ejercicio profesional el informático deberá anteponer el bien común o interés público, antes que su beneficio personal.

4. Una de las obligaciones morales de todo profesional informático es el desarrollo y promoción de la Ciencia Informática en aras de evitar el intrusismo laboral.

6. El profesional o usuario de la informática deberá ser solidario en todas sus actividades. –no hipérbaton latino-.

7. El informático deberá respetar siempre intimidad y vida privada de las personas así como salvaguardar los datos de carácter personal o íntimo a que tuviera acceso en el ejercicio de su actividad profesional. 8. El profesional de la informática deberá respetar los principios fundamentales de no discriminación e

igualdad de tratamiento de las personas, en el desempeño de sus funciones laborales.

9. Tanto los profesionales como los usuarios de Internet actuarán con dignidad, honestidad, y honradez en su quehacer informático.

10. Todo usuario o profesional de la computación deberá ser leal a su empresa y a su público, utilizando solamente justos y honestos medios en su actividad personal y laboral.
