Cooling Tower: 10985m3 RCC casting completed. All 24 nos deck slab completed in CU-3. 8979m3 RCC casting completed and 24 nos deck slab completed in CT U-4.
Raw Water Supply System: river water intake pump house slab casting completed. RCC work & backfilling completed in forebay. Pump house MCC room- slab casting completed.
PT/ DM Plant: PT plant-RCC work is completed. Pumps erection is u/p. DM pant- DM plant building, erection, alignment and grouting of vessels are u/p. DM water storage tanks are also ready.
FOPH: LDO & HFO tank erection & NDT wok completed. Erection of all pumps completed. Piping work is u/p.

MOE&F: MOEF clearance for unit-3 received on 04/09/08 & renewed on 19/02/14 up to 12/2017 and for Unit-4 on 26/05/10 & renewed on 22/06/15 up to 12/2017.
Civil Aviation: NOC for 275 m. Twin flue chimney was obtained on 25/08/08 from AAI.
Water: Sanction of Water requirement of 54 MCM from Hasdeo river for U-3 & U-4 received from Govt. of Chhattisgarh.
Coal linkage:U-3: LOA issued by SECL on 06/06/09. All milestones achieved. Letter submitted to SECL. FSA signed for U-3 on 27/08/13 U-4: LOA issued by SECL on 03/06/10. All milestones achieved. Letter submitted to SECL. FSA signed on 27/08/13.
