(rEA) statlng the intention of the European communities to part-iclpate in certain research and devel-opnent agreements prepared
under the auspices of the IEA,
lf,hereas the Connission has negotiated its participation in accord-ance with the Councilrs instructions and intends to conclude the rmplementing Agreement on the technical exchange of information in the field of reactor safety research and development and the
