Den »Månedlige Udenrigshandelsstatistik« har til formål at give hurtig oplysning om den kortfristede udvikling af EF­landenes udenrigshandel samt om EF's handelsmæssige stilling over for konkurrenter i handelen med tredjelande. Den foreliggende publikation bringer derfor i første række oplysninger om forskellige typer af samlede tal til sammenligning af på hinanden følgende perioder, dels opdelt efter oprindelseslande (for Benelux­staterne efter afsendelsesland og for Storbritannien efter konsignationsland) og bestemmelsesland (for Storbritannien efter konsignationsland), dels efter varer eller efter landrområder og varekategorier. For en detaljeret undersøgelse efter varer og lande henvises læseren til den »Analytiske oversigt over udenrigshandelen«, der udkommer årligt.

Fra hæfte 5­1973 offentliggøres kun måneds­ og kvartalsresultater. Årsresultater vil blive offentliggjort i særlige årbøger eller i tillæg til månedshæfterne.

Generelt er værdiangivelser vedrørende specialhandelen for vareindførslens vedkom­ mende angivet i cif­priser, og for vareudførslen i fob­priser. For EF­landene er guldhandelen Ikke medtaget.

I overensstemmelse med »Landefortegnelsen., er landene ordnet efter kontinenter og geografisk beliggenhed, tilnærmelsesvis i rækkefølgen vest­øst, nord­syd. Den fuldstæn­ dige tekst til denne fortegnelse udkommer en gang årligt på de seks fællesmarkedssprog som bilag til denne publikation. Såfremt intet andet er nævnt, betegner »EF« de ni fællesmarkedslande. Opdelingen i områder svarer til 1974 ­ udgaven af landefortegnel­ sen.

Varerne er klassificeret ¡følge »International varefortegnelse for udenrigshandelen« (CST), der er udkommet på fire fællesskabssprog.

Statistik vedrørende forbundsrepublikken Tysklands udenrigshandel omfatter også Vestberlin. Handelen med Den tyske demokratiske Republik og Østberlin er ikke medregnet.

Fra den 1. januar 1971 er oplysninger om Nederlandenes indførsel fra BLOU (Belgisk­Lu­ xembourgske Økonomiske Union) udarbejdet på basis af de tilsvarende oplysninger om BLØUs udførsel til Nederlandene og omvendt. Der er anvendt en kurs svarende til 1 000 BF = 72,40 HFL. Fra den 17. september 1973 er kursen 1 000 BF = 68,95 HFL.

Vorbemerkungen

Die „ M o n a t s s t a t i s t i k des A u ß e n h a n d e l s " dient der m ö g l i c h s t schnellen Berichterstattung über die kurzfristige E n t w i c k l u n g des A u ß e n h a n d e l s der Länder der EG s o w i e über den Stand der EG i m Handel der Drittländer, verglichen zu anderen w i c h t i g e n Handelspart-nern. Die v o r l i e g e n d e V e r ö f f e n t l i c h u n g bringt daher in erster Linie Vergleiche aufeinan-d e r f o l g e n aufeinan-d e r Z e i t r ä u m e für verschieaufeinan-dene Arten v o n I n s g e s a m t a n g a b e n e n t w e aufeinan-d e r nach U r s p r u n g s - (für die Benelux-Staaten Herkunfts-, Vereinigtes Königreich Versendungs-) u n d B e s t i m m u n g s l ä n d e r n (Vereinigtes Königreich E m p f a n g s l ä n d e r n ) , nach W a r e n oder nach Z o n e n u n d W a r e n k a t e g o r i e n . Für ins einzelne gehende B e o b a c h t u n g e n nach W a r e n und Ländern sei der Leser auf die jährliche V e r ö f f e n t l i c h u n g „ A n a l y t i s c h e Übersichten des A u ß e n h a n d e l s " v e r w i e s e n .

A b Heft 5-1973 w e r d e n nur noch M o n a t s - u n d Vierteljahresergebnisse a u s g e w i e s e n , w ä h r e n d Jahreszahlen zukünftig besonderen J a h r b ü c h e r n oder Beilagen zum M o n a t s -h e f t v o r b e -h a l t e n bleiben.

Im a l l g e m e i n e n w e r d e n W e r t a n g a b e n des Spezialhandels gebracht, m i t cif-Einfuhr- u n d f o b - A u s f u h r a n g a b e n . Für die Länder der EG ist der Goldverkehr ausgeschlossen. Die Länder sind g e m ä ß d e m „ L ä n d e r v e r z e i c h n i s " nach Erdteilen und geographischer Lage a n n ä h e r n d in der Reihenfolge West-Ost, N o r d - S ü d a n g e o r d n e t . Der vollständige Text dieses Verzeichnisses erscheint e i n m a l jährlich als Beilage zu dieser Veröffentli-c h u n g in den seVeröffentli-chs SpraVeröffentli-chen der GemeinsVeröffentli-chaft. W e n n niVeröffentli-cht ausdrüVeröffentli-ckliVeröffentli-ch anders v e r m e r k t bedeutet „ E G " die Gemeinschaft zu neunt. Die Z u s a m m e n s e t z u n g der Z o n e n entspricht d e m Stand des Länderverzeichnisses v o n 1974.

j D i e W a r e n sind g e m ä ß d e m „ I n t e r n a t i o n a l e n Warenverzeichnis für den A u ß e n h a n d e l (CST)" geordnet, das in vier der Sprachen der Gemeinschaft erschienen ¡st.

Die Statistiken der Bundesrepublik Deutschland schließen das Gebiet v o n West-Berlin ein. Der Handel m i t der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik und Berlin (Ost) ist in den Außenhandelsstatistiken der Bundesrepublik Deutschland nicht erfaßt.

The "Monthly Foreign Trade Statistics" aim to provide, as quickly as possible. Information on the short-term development of the foreign trade of the EC countries and the position of the EC in relation to its competitors in trade with non-Community countries. This publication is therefore biased towards comparison between successive periods for different types of overall figures, by country of origin (dispatching country for the Benelux states, consignor country for the United Kingdom) and of destination (consignee country for the United Kingdom), by products, or by zones and categories of products. For a more detailed account by products and countries the reader should refer to the annual publication "Analytical Tables of Foreign Trade".

Beginning with the May 1973 bulletin, only monthly and quarterly results will be published and annual figures will be reserved for special year books or supplements to the monthly bulletin.

As a general rule, information is given on special trade in values, elf Imports and fob exports. For the countries of the EC, trade in gold is excluded.

The countries are classified according to the "Country Nomenclature" by continents, as far as possible according to their geographical position from West to East and from North to South. The complete text of this nomenclature is published once a year as a supplement to this publication, in the six Community languages. Unless mentioned otherwise the abbreviation EC denotes the Community of Nine. The division into zones follows the 1974 edition of the "Country Nomenclature".

The products are classified according to the Statistical and Tariff Classification which is published separately in four Community languages.

The foreign trade statistics for the Federal Republic of Germany include the territory of West Berlin; trade with the German Democratic Republic and the Soviet sector of Berlin is not included.

Since 1 January 1971, information on imports into the Netherlands from the BLEU are based on the relevant statistics on corresponding exports from the BLEU to the Netherlands and vice versa, at the rate of BF 1 000 = Fl 72.40 and from 17 September 1973 at the rate of BF 1 000 = Fl 68.95.

La «Statistique Mensuelle du C o m m e r c e Extérieur» a pour but de f o u r n i r dans les plus courts délais des données concernant l'évolution à court t e r m e du C o m m e r c e Extérieur des pays de la CE, ainsi que la position de la CE vis-à-vis de ses concurrents dans le c o m m e r c e des pays tiers. L'accent est d o n c m i s , dans cette p u b l i c a t i o n , sur la c o m p a r a i s o n entre périodes successives, p o u r divers types de données globales, soit par pays d'origine (par pays de p r o v e n a n c e , pour les États m e m b r e s d u Benelux, de c o n s i g n a t i o n , pour le Royaume-Uni) et de destination (de c o n s i g n a t i o n , pour le R o y a u m e - U n i ) , soit par p r o d u i t s , soit par zones et par catégories de produits. Pour l'observation très détaillée, par produits et par pays, le lecteur se référera à la publication annuelle «Tableaux analytiques d u C o m m e r c e Extérieur».

A partir d u bulletin de mai 1973, seuls des résultats mensuels et trimestriels seront publiés, les chiffres annuels étant désormais réservés à des annuaires spéciaux o u à des s u p p l é m e n t s au bulletin m e n s u e l .

En règle générale, les données concernent le c o m m e r c e spécial en valeurs, i m p o r t a t i o n s «caf », exportations « f o b » . Pour les pays de la CE, le c o m m e r c e de l'or est exclu. Les pays sont classés d'après la « n o m e n c l a t u r e des pays» par continents et en suivant a p p r o x i m a t i v e m e n t leur position g é o g r a p h i q u e dans le sens ouest-est, n o r d - s u d . Le texte c o m p l e t de ce code est publié une fois par a n , en s u p p l é m e n t à cette p u b l i c a t i o n , dans les six langues c o m m u n a u t a i r e s . Sauf m e n t i o n expresse du contraire, l'abréviation CE désigne la C o m m u n a u t é à Neuf. Le r e g r o u p e m e n t par zones est celui de la version 1974 de la n o m e n c l a t u r e des pays.

Les p r o d u i t s sont classés selon la Classification Statistique et Tarifaire, éditée séparé-m e n t dans quatre des langues c o séparé-m séparé-m u n a u t a i r e s .

Les statistiques d u C o m m e r c e Extérieur de la République Fédérale d ' A l l e m a g n e couvrent le territoire de Berlin-Ouest; elles ne c o m p r e n n e n t pas le c o m m e r c e avec la République d é m o c r a t i q u e a l l e m a n d e et le secteur soviétique de Berlin.

Depuis le 1"'janvier 1971, les d o n n é e s relatives aux i m p o r t a t i o n s des Pays-Bas en provenance de l'UEBL sont établies à partir des données relatives aux exportations correspondantes de l'UEBL à destination des Pays-Bas et vice versa, sur la base de 1 000 Fb = 72,40 FI, à partir d u 17 s e p t e m b r e 1973 sur la base de 1 000 Fb = 68,95 FI.

Premessa

Scopo della «Statistica mensile del c o m m e r c i o estero» è fornire con la m a s s i m a tempestività possibile dati che p e r m e t t a n o di seguire, nel breve p e r i o d o , l ' a n d a m e n t o del c o m m e r c i o estero dei paesi delle CE e la posizione che le CE hanno nel c o m m e r c i o dei paesi terzi, a c o n f r o n t o di i m p o r t a n t i concorrenti. La pubblicazione contiene pertanto anzitutto del c o n f r o n t i fra periodi successivi, fatti per diversi tipi di dati g l o b a l i , articolati ora secondo i paesi d'origine (di provenienza per gli Stati m e m b r i del Benelux, di spedizione per il Regno Unito) e, rispettivamente, di destinazione (di consegna, per il Regno Unito), ora per p r o d o t t i , o p p u r e per zone o per categorie di p r o d o t t i . Per osservazioni più particolareggiate per i singoll paesi e p r o d o t t i , si r i m a n d a n o i lettori alle «Tavole analitiche del c o m m e r c i o estero» pubblicate ogni anno.

A partire dal n u m e r o del m a g g i o 1973, il presente bollettino contiene esclusivamente i dati mensili e t r i m e s t r a l i , m e n t r e I dati annuali v e n g o n o pubblicati in appositi annuari o in s u p p l e m e n t i al bollettino stesso.

I dati indicati riguardano generalmente il c o m m e r c i o speciale, in valore, c o n s i d e r a n d o i prezzi elf per le i m p o r t a z i o n i e quelli f o b per le esportazioni. Per I paesi delle CE è escluso 11 c o m m e r c i o dell'oro.

I paesi sono classificati per c o n t i n e n t i , secondo la « n o m e n c l a t u r a dei paesi», s e g u e n d o a p p r o s s i m a t i v a m e n t e la loro posizione geografica nell'ordine : da ovest ad est, da nord a s u d . Il testo c o m p l e t o della n o m e n c l a t u r a del paesi viene pubblicato o g n i a n n o , nelle sei lingue della C o m u n i t à , c o m e s u p p l e m e n t o al presente bollettino. Salvo espressa Indicazione contraria, l'abbreviazione CE designa la Comunità a nove. I r a g g r u p p a m e n t i in « z o n e » sono quelli indicati nella « n o m e n c l a t u r a dei paesi» del 1974.

I p r o d o t t i sono classificati secondo la Classificazione Statistica e Tariffaria, per il c o m m e r c i o internazionale (CST), pubblicata per ora solo in q u a t t r o lingue c o m u n i t a r i e , In edizioni separate per ciascuna lingua.

Le statistiche della Repubblica federale di Germania c o m p r e n d o n o il territorio di Berlino-Ovest; d'altra parte nelle statistiche del c o m m e r c i o estero della Repubblica federale di G e r m a n i a non viene rilevato il c o m m e r c i o con la Repubblica Democratica Tedesca e con il settore orientale di Berlino.

Dal 1" g e n n a i o 1971 i dati relativi alle i m p o r t a z i o n i dei Paesi Bassi In provenienza dall'UEBL sono elaborati sulla scorta dei dati relativi alle corrispondenti esportazioni dell'UEBL a destinazione dei Paesi Bassi, e viceversa, applicando ¡I tasso di conversione di 1 000 Fb = 72,40 FI, m o d i f i c a t o in 1 000 Fb = 68,95 FI a partire dal 17 settembre 1973.
