The Ultimate Tailgate Experience

Thank   you   for   your   consideration   of   participation   for   the   2015   TIPS   Automotive  NFL  Kick-­‐Off  Ultimate  Tailgate  Experience!  

 

Every   year,   millions   of   fans   across   the   country,   and   thousands   in   Atlanta   alone,  excitedly  await  for  September  and  the  NFL’s  opening  day.    As  the  end   of   the   month   of   August   approaches,   and   the   NFL   pre-­‐season   winds   down,   those  fans  make  plans  for  where  they  plan  to  spend  those  opening  day  hours.     We   will   be   providing   an   amazing   atmosphere   for   the   NFL   fans   of   the   surrounding  communities  of  Midtown  and  Riverside!  

 

With  two  15-­‐foot  projectors,  a  handful  of  televisions,  tents  for  shade  and   rain  cover,  and  food  &  beverage  vendors  on  hand,  this  will  be  an  ultimate   tailgate  experience  for  all  ages.    With  the  prime  location  of  2081  Bolton  Rd   NW  (street  closure  intersection  of  Bolton  Rd  &  Main  St),  TIPS  Automotive  has   the  perfectly  placed  platform  to  welcome  our  neighbors  to  enjoy  themselves   responsibly  right  at  home  in  their  own  community.  1  

 

With   one   extremely   successful   block   party   down,   in   our   2015   Family   &   Friends  Day  on  May  9th,  the  neighbors  are  already  heavily  anticipating  our   next  event.    With  an  expectation  of  a  huge  turnout  from  our  neighbors  and   the  city  of  Atlanta,  in  addition  to  the  auto  traffic  on  Bolton  Rd,  this  will  be  a   premier   opportunity   for   product   placement   and   points   of   promotion   for   your  company.    Some  possibilities  are,  but  are  not  limited  to,  step  and  repeat   placement,  collective  or  individual  hanging  signage,  collateral  grab  bag  give-­‐ a-­‐ways,   sponsor   information   station,   verbal   acknowledgement   by   an   Ex-­‐ Falcon  Great  host  and  DJ  and  of  course  mentions  in  the  radio  spot  ads  airing   on  our  radio  station  partner  in  the  weeks  leading  up  to  the  event.
