We offer 3 different options – 4,000, 7,000 and 9,000 km – which enable you to save up to 25%(1) on the cost of your car insurance, whilst benefiting from the same guarantees and services as for options with unlimited kilometres. Any excess kilometres in the 7,000 or 9,000 km options are not lost; you can build up a reserve(2)
of up to 5,000 km, which can be used when you need them.

solutions for your everyday problems
(1) Reduction compared to the cost of private and professional car insurance. Amount evaluated using the 4,000 km option; the saving made on a representative profile amount to 15%.

If I hit a car and injure those inside, what is my guarantee? The « Responsabilité Civile » guarantee covers the damage you cause to others. Costs related to the damage to the car you have hit and the injuries to the people inside are reimbursed.
This guarantee also applies if you hit a pedestrian, etc. Included in formulas C Eco / C1 / C1+ / C2 / C3
What compensation do I receive if I am hurt in an accident when driving my car?
Thanks to the « Garantie Conducteur » guarantee, you receive compensation for the costs of any physical damage you suffer, whether or not you are responsible for the accident, and you can choose to be covered for up to 1 million euros.

If one of my windows is hit by a piece of gravel, am I covered? With the « Bris des glaces » guarantee, your window will be repaired or replaced! This guarantee also covers the windscreen, sunroof, etc. Included in formulas C1+ / C2 / C3
And what if my car is stolen or set on fire?
Don’t panic, the « Vol » guarantee will reimburse you in accordance with its value (determined by an expert). You are also reimbursed if your car catches fire.

My car is damaged and it is my fault: is there a guarantee to cover that?
Yes, the « Dommages tous accidents » guarantee covers any damage that your car might suffer. This guarantee also applies if you hit a tree, if you find your car dented or if your door is scratched in a car park, etc. Included in formula C3
I have chosen the Classique Eco formula and I have a problem. Will you still help me?
Of course! With « Assistance Essentielle », we will organise and cover the costs of roadside or towing assistance in the event of an accident, fire, theft or attempted theft. We will also provide you with a taxi or a train ticket so that you can get home, at our cost(1).

Imagine that my car breaks down 25 km from home. What would happen?
Thanks to the « Assistance » guarantee, your car is repaired if it is out of use, for example, because of a puncture or a fuel problem over 25 km from your home(2).
Allianz’s little extras: we won’t let you down!
If your car breaks down less than 25 km from your home, we will organise roadside or towing assistance, if you wish(3).
Included in formulas C1 / C1+ / C2 / C3
(1) Subject to conditions.
(2) In the event of an accident, fire or theft, our guarantee applies with no kilometre threshold. (3) If you have not subscribed to the “Dépannage 0 km” option or a “Pack Mobilité” package,
you will have to bear the costs of roadside assistance/towing if your car breaks down less than 25 km from your home.
(4) Vehicle of an equivalent category (D maximum) for a personal vehicle and up to 12 m3 for a commercial vehicle.
(5) This package is available for cars with less than 150,000 km.
(6) The “Pack Valeur plus 36 mois” package applies to all “clean” vehicles (less than 2 years old benefiting from an ecological bonus), electric hybrids (with both a thermal engine and an electric engine) and 100% electric cars.
• Do you have a disagreement with your garage?
If you have any problems related to the purchase, sale or repair of your car, we will provide you with legal assistance thanks to the « Protection Juridique Automobile » option.

• Has your car broken down near home?
The « Dépannage 0 km » option provides you with assistance without a kilometre threshold.

• Has your luggage been stolen from your roof rack? It will be reimbursed with the « Contenu » option! Available with formula C3
• Have you added alloy wheels to your car?
The « Equipements » option will cover them in the event of a problem.

(8) Breakdowns related to parts that should be replaced regularly during standard maintenance are not guaranteed.
Do you need to get around while your car is out of
use?
• The “Pack Mobilité classique” package helps you out even if the incident takes place right outside your front door, providing you with a replacement vehicle(4) for up to 8 days in the event of
a breakdown, 15 days if you have had an accident and 30 days if your car has been stolen!

• The “Pack Mobilité plus” package helps you out even if the incident takes place right outside your front door, providing you with a replacement vehicle(4) for up to 30 days, irrespective of the
type of incident (breakdown, accident, theft) if your car is out of use. We can also provide, for up to 7 days, a replacement vehicle for the time it takes for your car to be repaired, provided your car hasn’t been towed away.

Do you want better reimbursement for your car in the
event of an accident?
• The “Pack Valeur plus”(5) package covers your car at its purchase value during its first two years, and then provides you with up to 40% in addition to the amount estimated by an expert. In all cases, you will receive a minimum of €3,000!
Allianz’s little extras for clean, hybrid or 100% electric cars:
thanks to the “Pack Valeur plus 36 mois(6)” package, the purchase
value of your car is extended by three years, in addition to the other advantages of the “Pack Valeur plus” package!

If your car breaks down
• The “Pack Réparation(7)” package covers the costs of repair,
parts and labour in the event of a guaranteed breakdown(8). You
are assisted via remote diagnostics and are supported in all the procedures related to the repair of your car.
