Liverpool Loves is a city centre, feel good festival that is about Liverpool life. This free event will take place Saturday 8th August on the iconic Pier Head. Promoting and celebrating all the fantastic things that Liverpool has to offer, and supporting new business with the profits raised.

Engaging with the regions producers, this area of the event will be an array of the best locally grown produce, with a strong focus on healthy eating with real quality food.

Here guests can immerse themselves in the street food revolution! A fantastic assortment of vendors will serve a wealth of dynamic dishes in celebration of the colours, flavors and aromas of culinary cultures from across the world and celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Liverpool and its communities

We will be treating festival visitors to a snapshot experience of the city’s vibrant variety of restaurants and bars available to enjoy. By creating a fully themed and truly metropolitan offering that really represents the fantastic choice on offer. Seated areas with great food and drinks to compliment the theme can be relished in comfort whilst enjoying the festival atmosphere in the iconic setting of the Pier Head.
Project Cultivate
This people’s showcase will provide a platform for community and public projects that
encourage the ‘grow your own’ ethos. From plot to plate healthy eating advice, demonstrations, workshops and encouraging an active lifestyle with fun activities where everyone can join in. There will be great advice on recycling and how to make the most of your weekly food budget and lots more interactive activities that families can enjoy and participate in together.

Liverpool Loves - Terms & Conditions
1. A £50 deposit paid via PayPal is required at the time of booking. No bookings will be accepted without this payment. 2. Cancellation: Liverpool Loves will retain 50% of the paid total on cancellation by the vendor up to 1st April 2015. 3. Cancellation: Liverpool Loves will retain 100% of the paid total on cancellation by the vendor after 1st July 2015.
4. Payment Terms: Vendors are required to pay 100% within 30 days of the invoice date. (i.e. Invoice date 13/03/2015 – Payment due 13/04/2015) 5. Liverpool Loves will try to place stalls offering similar produce/cuisine apart, but reserve the right to give the public variety and choice.
6. Exhibitors must ensure that they are adequately insured. Copies of Public Liability Certificates must be included with this application form.
7. It is essential that exhibitors carry out a Risk Assessment for their stalls. Please see template attached, copies of which must accompany the booking form. 8. Exhibitors must ensure that all relevant electrical equipment has had updated Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
9. Exhibitors must comply with health and safety regulations, in line with the Health and Safety Act (1974).
10. Exhibitors selling consumable goods must comply with food hygiene regulations and copies of Food Hygiene Certificates must be sent with the booking form. 11. Exhibitors selling consumables must have sufficient hand washing facilities including hot water.
12. Exhibitors must only sell the goods stated at the time of booking and Liverpool Loves does not permit the sales of mass produced goods.
13. Exhibitors will be allocated set up time slots before the festival. No vehicle movements will be allowed on the site from 1 hour before opening time and
45 minutes after closing time. (Please note the Pier Head site is a city central location and delays getting on and off site may occur depending on traffic conditions.) 14. Parking arrangements to be confirmed.
15. Exhibitors must ensure that no equipment exceeds the area booked. Exhibitors who fail to respect this rule may be asked for additional payment. 16. All stalls and pitches must be staffed, stocked and open during the festival’s opening hours.
17. Exhibitors may not smoke on the Festival site; smoking areas will be designated.
18. Exhibitors must place their rubbish in allocated bins and clean up their pitch/ stall area at the end of the day.
19. Exhibitors must fully clear all waste from a 3m perimeter of their stall at the end of the event. Any vendors who are deemed to not adhere to this will incur a fine. 20. Exhibitors must take responsibility to safeguard their property. The festival does not accept responsibility for any losses.
21. Exhibitors must keep their stalls presentable during festival hours.
22. No refunds will be made if the festival cannot take place for any reasons beyond the control of the organisers including bad weather. The decision to cancel is at the discretion of the organisers.
