This document contains information about all HP Software and Oracle’s Siebel products and versions, compatible with ComTrade’s Smart Plug-in for Siebel (Siebel SPI), version 04.00.

Introduction

This document is intended as a reference source to complement the Siebel SPI Installation and Configuration Guide. It contains information on the following compatible Oracle Siebel products:

• Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Windows Probe Platform Requirements:

Windows Probe Target Requirements:

OVIS SMARTProbe for Siebel target is a Web Server, used by Siebel Web Clients to access Oracle’s Siebel Business Applications.

OVIS SMARTProbe for Siebel supports all Web Servers that are supported by: • Oracle Siebel CRM 7.7.x, 7.8.x or 8.0.x

NOTE: OVIS SMARTProbe for Siebel currently supports High Interactivity Web Client mode. It does not support standard Web Client mode.

Software Availability in Native

Languages

Oracle Siebel CRM supports specific localized languages based on customer demand, as well as data stored in databases using various code pages. Siebel SPI is compatible with all localized languages supported by Siebel for each supported version of Oracle Siebel CRM.
