Mediation Manager
Amdocs Mediation Manager collects, processes (correlation, validation, aggregation, de-duplication, cloning, splitting and enrichment), and distributes usage data. A single system supports all types of formats and services, in either passive or active (bi-directional) mode, while handling real-time and batch processing. . The Mediation Manager provides sophisticated content services support (connected home, BPL) through an easily configurable design. Self-Service
Self-Service enables self-directed information and transactional processes at any self-service touch point. Settlement and Partner Manager
Settlement and Partner Manager is a single platform which supports all business partners, including billing management, rating and reconciliation with other service providers, roaming events (e.g. outbound electric vehicle recharging), and manages a complex value chain of enablers, developers, advertisers and revenue sharing schemes.
Amdocs Settlement and Partner Manager also controls wholesale products, services and prices, the partner‘s financial lifecycle revenue assurance (SAP interface), and monitoring of partner performance – including forecasting and alarms, and dealer management (commissioning, claw-backs and sales strategies).
Account Receivables
Account Receivables maintains customer account balances and handles payments, credits, back-outs, fund transfers, deposits, and other financial activities. It has flexible invoice collection from any billing system with full automation of payment activities.

Collections supports the handling of overdue accounts, monitors accounts on an ongoing basis, reports on overdue or delinquent accounts, and performs various activities required for the collection of unpaid balances to minimize bad debt.
Replenishment Manager
Replenishment Manager delivers end-to-end automation of recharging prepaid balances via multiple payment methods. It manages recharging (top-up) of balances through multiple payment methods (vouchers, cash, debit, and credit) and recharge channels (customer support representatives, IVRs, Web, mobile, etc.). Flexible policy configuration enables companies to implement tailor-made replenishment guidelines for each offer.
Voucher Manager
Voucher Manager handles the recharge of a voucher’s complete lifecycle, voucher ordering from the manufacturer, and voucher distribution to dealers, including comprehensive automation of the voucher lifecycle for increased operating efficiency. It enables locking of vouchers after a predefined number of failed activation attempts, and provides a detailed voucher status, PIN generation and encryption capabilities to reduce voucher fraud risk.
