Full-color brochure containing the Congress agenda, faculty and registration information. The brochure is mailed to over 35,000 potential attendees and is emailed to 25,000 E-blast recipients periodically

throughout the year

Your company ad will appear on the back cover of the brochure.

Underwrite WCIRDC Abstracts & Publications (Exclusive, only for “DIAMOND level” supporter)

Gain recognition and exposure by being the exclusive sponsor.

Your support will cover five travel grants for young international physicians or researchers; rental & labor for poster boards; and publication in journal.

Your company logo will appear on the abstract page of the meeting website: http://wcir.org/abstracts. Company support will be acknowledged in the journal.

Your company's participation will be announced during the poster presentation session.

Cost: $35,000 Attendee’s Tote Bags (Exclusive Sponsorship):

Enjoy maximum exposure as all attendees will utilize this tote bag throughout the entire program. Your corporate name and logo will appear on each bag.

Sponsor will provide 500 tote bags with their corporate name and the congress logo on each bag; alternatively WCIRDC will be able to produce bags for nominal cost.

Cost: $35,000 Product Theater: Industry-supported Product Theater will receive a room to hold a 1-1½ hour session to be held in conjunction with the 13th WCIRDC meeting. This event will attract 150-250 attendees per

session. WCIRDC is not responsible for statements and opinions of speakers or the claims made by company during the Product Theater (ask for Guidelines for Product Theater).

Cost: $35,000

Company logo will be included in the meeting brochure mailed to over 35,000 potential attendees and is emailed to 25,000 E-blast recipients periodically throughout the year.

Cost: $33,000 Meeting Content Capture on CD or Flash Drive

Company logo will appear on the CD (or Flash drive) with all lecture slides synchronized as a video or audio will be given to each attendee

Cost: 25,000 Company page insert in printed brochures

Company page with logo will appear in the 13th WCIRDC brochure (inside page or insert)

35,000 brochures will be printed and distributed to health care professionals. In addition an electronic brochure will be sent periodically to 25,000 Eblast recipients

Exhibit space in a prominent area at the exhibit hall at the 13th WCIRDC

Breakfast Sponsorship

Corporate sponsor’s sign will appear in breakfast ballroom. Corporate name will appear in the acknowledgements section of the program. There are 3 breakfast events available.

Cost: $10,000 each breakfast Total of 3 Breakfasts: $25,000

Refreshment/Coffee Break Sponsorship

Provide an opportunity for attendees to relax and network between sessions. Sponsors of refreshment breaks receive maximum company exposure in high density areas. Corporate sponsor’s sign will appear in refreshment break ballroom. Corporate name will appear in the acknowledgements section of the

program.

Cost: $8,000 each Total of 6 refreshment breaks $35,000

Reception & Poster Presentation

All attendees, faculty and exhibitors are invited to attend the Reception and Poster Presentation Event of the 13th WCIRDC. The reception will take place on Thursday, November 19, 2015 in the exhibit hall.

Corporate sponsor’s sign will appear in the reception ballroom. Corporate name will appear in the acknowledgements section of the program.

Cost: $25,000 Lunch Sponsorship:

All attendees are invited to attend concurrent “Clinical Workshops” lunch sessions (lunch box). A sign will appear in front of each breakout lunch room. Corporate name will appear in the acknowledgements section of the program.

Cost: $20,000 Company logo will appear on the Congress’ website

www.wcir.org as well as company URL link.

Cost: $20,000 Company logo will be included in the meeting syllabus

Syllabus material on a flash drive to be distributed to all attendees

Cost: $10,000 Large Banner with company logo prominently placed in Exhibit hall

Cost: $15,000 Company insert of choice in congress attendee’s bag.

Hotel Key Cards (Exclusive Sponsorship)

Cost: $15,000 Internet Café: The Internet Café has full Internet capability to allow attendees to search the Internet and check their emails – your company logo will be displayed on kiosk banners, as well as on the screensaver (company can provide mouse pads with their logo).

Lanyards(Exclusive Sponsorship)

Achieve maximum exposure as an event supporter through this exclusive sponsorship. Lanyard with your company name/logo will be distributed to all meeting attendees.

Conference Pads/Pens(Exclusive Sponsorship)
