Wireless

Whether you require a single access point, integration into an existing network or a complete Wi-Fi network our trained Wi-Fi engineers will be able to advise and implement a Wi-Fi solution that suits your requirement.

Structured Cabling

CNS are specialists in the installation and implementation of Category 5e, 6, 6a & 7 Structured Cabling Systems.

Voice Cabling

In addition to our Fibre and data cabling services, CNS engineers are also BT trained to work on legacy telecom cabling infrastructures.

Fibre Optic Cabling

Fibre optics are installed to achieve high transmission rates over longer distances, forming the main arteries of the network. Whether you need multi-mode band connections or a longer distance, critical single mode connection between buildings, we can install all routes and services for containment and accesses to ensure complete reliability.

Blown Fibre

Air-blown fibre is a method of installing fibre optic cables that relies on the flow of compressed air, easing the fibre all the way to its destination. CNS can inform and advise on how Blown Fibre can benefit your business.

Your Cabling engineers who, despite the setbacks (which were no fault of theirs), did a brilliant job and made sure they did as much as possible to ensure the job could be completed this visit. The cabling engineer today was extremely patient and had some pretty foul weather to contend with and despite that completed the install. Both sets of cabling engineers were very professional and did a nice tidy job and managed to keep our facilities manager happy with the right health and safety procedures. Please send my thanks. With Complete Confidence CNS pride ourselves on our high

level of excellence within our professional services team.

We have the full complement of the right people that are needed

to gather customer requirements, plan the project, implement

successfully then provide a full managed service going forward.

Consultancy

We have technical consultants with substantial experience within the communications arena. Our consultants can provide best practise advice, produce or validate detailed design documentation and help with producing (or responding to) PQQ / ITT documentation.

Project Management

CNS has broad experience in successfully delivering projects with a range of sizes over a multitude of technologies. We have resource that our partners use that can help them with their own implementations, which manage all aspects of project delivery. This includes deciding time scales, risk analysis, contingency planning, resource management and detailed documentation of all of the above.

Engineering

At CNS, we have technical staff certified across all of our products. Not only do we provide technical installation services to our own customer base, we offer out our services to our partners to assist in their own projects, perhaps when they are of a more advanced nature.

BLM chose CNS as their new Mitel supplier last spring. CNS were duly engaged to undertake maintenance on the BLM estate of Mitel Telephone systems. Ted Sherratt, the BLM Voice Systems Analyst, commented.

CNS stood out from the pack in terms of their technical capabilities and general understanding of the Mitel product set.

Recent projects involving CNS and BLM have focused upon building a resilient Voice Network and providing business continuity in the event of a Disaster Recovery situation. In September 2014 an office relocation prompted a move to a virtualised platform over two datacentres with full MiCollab (Unified Communications) and over 100 SIP trunks, providing a significant cost saving on their legacy multi-site ISDN services.

CNS have proven themselves

to be highly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. In the hours immediately following migrating to the new phone system, the availability and attitude of the CNS engineer working with us was outstanding. Lynn Moseley

Facilities Manager

The Complete Service Diagram

At CNS we are different, because we provide exactly what you

need us to provide: Complete Network Services! We cover all

communications technologies, to ensure that we can adapt to

any requirements or opportunities that our customers choose to

put our way.

Our solutions are critical in many different types of enterprise; from manufacturing and service industry to healthcare and financial services. These range from small businesses to large corporations with many thousands of users over multiple locations. Each customer has different drivers from mobility of workforce, secure and available communications, agility to support growth or reducing operating costs.

(6)

Business Growth

Businesses want to be successful and growth is a fundamental aspect to achieve success. Businesses require communications solutions that are scalable by nature, whilst retaining performance and availability at the right price point. CNS are working with partners and customers who are experiencing exponential growth and providing a full suite of service offerings to ensure that all requirements are met, whether the growth is organic or sudden, such as business acquisition.

Cost Efficiency

The ability to achieve growth and competitive advantage is very much aided by driving cost efficiencies throughout the business. Lowering the cost of services is certainly one option, but maximum gain will come from using technological advances to implement new ways of working. For example:

l Adopting mobile solutions to reduce office desk space requirements l Allowing employees to use their own smart devices at work to reduce the

support burden

l Consolidating suppliers of voice, data and infrastructure under one

cost-effective, simple contract

Competitive Advantage

In this hugely competitive business environment, it is more imperative than ever that your organisation maximises every opportunity to gain advantage over the competition. This can be achieved in many ways, but fundamental to all of them is the ability for your employees, clients, partners and suppliers to interact with each other and to gain access to information in the most efficient and effective way possible. This one key factor can make the difference between success and failure.

Operational Efficiency

Efficiency goes way beyond reducing cost and is far more about being more productive with the resources which we have available. At CNS, we understand that each and every one of your employees has a vital role to play and we want to help you make each one of them as effective and productive as they can possibly be. For example, by enabling teams to work more closely together, or by making information more readily available to those that need it, from wherever they may be. By using the right communications technology, these operational efficiencies will be far easier to implement.

Compliance

Regulatory and legal requirements in any business environment can be extensive and potentially costly should they not be adhered to. In fact, compliance is often referred to as ‘risk avoidance’ and includes planning for unplanned events, DR / BC, prevention of risk exposure. Examples include the Financial Sector (FSA, PCI-DSS, MiFid, SOX) and Public Sector.
