UNILIC ACRYLIC EMULSION

DESCRIPTION An acrylic emulsion paint with excellent resistance to algae and fungus growth.

Complies with Singapore Standard (SS150-Type1:1998). Certified to the Singapore Green Labeling Scheme (ID:032-028).

USES As a decorative & protective finish for various exterior and interior substrates:

Product is ready for use. If thinning is required, max. 10% using fresh water.

1. Keep container tightly closed.

2. Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection as specified by the competent authority. 3. Use in a well-ventilated area.

4. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. 5. Wash thoroughly after handling.

6. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. 7. Avoid release to the environment if this is not the intended use.

4. FIRST-AID MEASURES :

a) Eye Contact : Flush eyes thoroughly with clean water for 15 minutes or more. If irritation persists, consult the physician showing SDS.

b) Skin Contact : Remove contaminated clothing. Wipe the clinging matter with a clean cloth. Flush the skin with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention, showing SDS, if symptom or pain persists.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES :

a) Fire Extinguishing Media / Agents : Product is non-combustible. b) Fire Fighting Instructions :

Fight fire with normal precautions in case of peripheral fire.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES :

 Wear proper protectors (gloves, respirator, safety goggles, apron etc.)



Recollect the spilled or leaked material in a closed container and keep in a safer place ie. away from ignition or heat source.



Dispose off waste or clinging matter according to related regulations.



Furnish proper extinguisher for accidental fire.



Recollect spill or leak with tool of non-spark material.



Recollect by absorbing with dry sand or soil or other non-flammable matter. Prevent from flowing out by surrounding with banking, if in large amount.

 Do not pollute environment.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE : 7.1 Handling :

 Handle in a well ventilated area.



Close the container necessarily during and after use.



Wear proper protectors to avoid contact of skin, eyes, mucosa and clothing.



Clean hands and face thoroughly after handling.



Install proper local ventilator and wear proper protector in closed working space.

7.2 Storage :

 Avoid direct sunlight.



Store in well ventilated area.

 Use equipment made of corrosion-resistant materials. 



 Use equipment that has been designed to ensure minimum direct contact with the skin or exposure to the material.

: Wear suitable clothing to avoid direct contact of skin during handling. The clothing should be chemical-proof.
