Examples of Duties

• Consistent with the Associate II job description

• Assist with entry, organization and reconciliation of information related to the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facilities fee collected by Data Ticket

• Assist with routine finance functions (reconciliations, data entry, filing, etc.)

• Assist with Disposal Reporting data entry as needed

The Finance/Administrative Support Intermittent position will assist with finance and administrative support duties for the Agency. Outreach Workers are part of a team providing specialized services to assist at risk gang impacted, and/or gang involved individuals. Outreach Workers also facilitate groups and provide exposure to positive lifestyle alternatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Possession of an Associate in Arts degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in counseling, social services, or a related field; plus one (1) year of experience working with at-risk populations providing intervention and diversion services. Previous work experience with at-risk populations, which has provided the knowledge and skills outlined above may be substituted for the educational requirements on a year for year basis up to a maximum of two (2) years.
