Dear Local Business Owner:

It is with pleasure that I write to you on behalf of the Board of Trustees and the Friends of the Haverford Township Free Library to offer your organization the opportunity to celebrate our 80th year serving the community by becoming a Library Sponsor of the Haverford Township Free Library (HTFL) for 2014.

Sponsorship is a great way to grow your organization and demonstrate your commitment to education and the services the library provides for all ages. You have the opportunity to join with more than 30 local businesses that have benefited greatly from their 2013 sponsorship relationship with the Library. As a sponsor, your organization will:

Gain brand exposure and be seen by:

o A targeted audience of Township residents and potential customers o 250,000+ annual visitors to the Library building

o 5,000 monthly readers of the HTFL Connection eNewsletter o 4,500 unique users a month on the haverfordlibrary.org website o Thousands of participants of the Library’s major events

Your sponsorship dollars are tax-deductible. HTFL is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Show the community that you support the Library by displaying your HTFL Sponsor Badge at your location and on your website.

Gain valuable exposure for your company and help us sustain the important work of the Haverford Township Free Library by becoming a Business Sponsor today.

We encourage you to review these opportunities and secure your sponsorship today – don’t delay! If you would like more information, please contact me at 610.446.3082 or [email protected]. I look forward to working with you and seeing you at the Library.

Sincerely,

Christine D. Faris, Library Director
