DEDICATED CONVENTION SERVICE CONSULTANT
Unique to the Starwood Convention Collection, the Convention Service
Consultant is the planner’s personal point of contact across multiple, large
meeting programs. The consultant is specially trained by Starwood and serves
as the centralized ambassador for the planner from hotel to hotel. Abreast
of the planner’s needs and preferences, the Convention Service Consultant
arranges introductions to each hotel’s convention team and facilitates
streamlined paperwork and historical data sharing. All of this is meant to
ensure the most efficient meeting execution and is one more way doing
business with Starwood is just a little easier.
