KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN

This table system is not designed for use in homes or other areas accessible by small children.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ADJUSTING TABLE HEIGHT

Body parts and property can be caught between the moving table top and immobile obstacles (such as shelves, furniture, window sills or walls). Keep at least one inch of clearance around desk to make sure nothing is in the table's path for its entire range of motion.

Before raising or lowering:

• Check the surroundings on all sides of the table are clear.

• Make sure corded objects will not be pulled off the table or cause other objects to fall.

• Make sure the table power cord moves freely as desk moves up and down.

USE CARE WHEN MOVING TABLE

• Clear all objects and equipment from the table before rolling to reduce the risk of tipping over.

• Do not move a loaded desk.

• Do not lift the desk by the table top.

• Adjust the desk to its lowest height before moving.

DANGER

DO NOT OVERLOAD TABLE

To prevent the table from tipping or collapsing, make sure the table frame is not overloaded by the weight of the table top and objects on table.

• Evenly distribute load; excess loads near the edges can reduce stability and lead to tip-over.

• Do not exceed maximum load of 200 lb or 91 kg (this includes the weight of the table top).

• Do not exceed maximum edge load of 25 lb when positioning monitors or mounting accessories.

• Do not sit or stand on the table.

ONLY INSTALL APPROVED TABLE TOPS

This table system does not include a table top. Table tops must be ordered separately.

Table tops must be at least ¾" thick and weigh no more than 5 lb per square foot.

(For example: a 2' × 6' desktop should weigh no more than 60 lb.) Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity, including both the table top and the objects on the table top. If you are unsure, contact

customer service.

VOYAGER OPERATION INFORMATION

INITIALIZATION / RESET

The desk must be initialized/reset after any of the following:

• After assembly

• After disconnection from the power supply

• After any impact on the table top

To initialize or reset:

1. Move the table to the lowest position by pressing the button on the controller until the columns reach the lowest position.

2. Press the button again and hold it for five seconds or until the table moves slightly down to the machine zero point and back up to the operation zero point.

3. Once the table stops moving, release the button. If the button is released too soon, the table legs will not move up. Repeat the reset process.

The upper height position is programmed into the control box. For this reason, only use the control box that has been provided with the specific table frame. Under no circumstance should a control box be moved from one table to another.

CONTROLLER OPERATION

Press the or button and the table will move up or down to the desired position. Once the desired position is reached, let go of the up or down button. The table will stop once it reaches the upper or lower height position.

VOYAGER OPERATION INFORMATION

PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER

The optional programmable controller is equipped with a display that shows the current table height in centimeters or inches. The controller also will display an error code if an error is detected by the control box. When an error code is detected, the display will show an error code EXX instead of the current table height. To resolve the error, see the troubleshooting section on page 14.

Change the Height Unit:

The height display of the controller can display either centimeters or inches. With the help of the S5-menus, the unit can be changed. If the display was originally set to centimeters, then after the procedure noted below it will change to inches or vice versa.

Follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the 1, 2, and buttons for 5 seconds or until the display shows "S5."

2. Confirm by pressing the S button. Now the display will have changed.

To exit the menu without making a selection, wait approximately 10 seconds until the height display appears again.

Save Memory Position:

Drive the table up or down to the desired height.

Press the S button (in the display “S -” is shown).

Select a position by pressing on any of the four number buttons, 1-4, (the display will show the setting as “S1”). The save shows the current table height. Repeat steps to save a maximum of four different positions.

Recall Memory Position – Manual:

Press and hold the desired memory location button (1, 2, 3 or 4) and the table moves from the current position into the saved position.

The button must be pressed until the position is reached. If the button is released prior to the display showing the memory number, the table will stop short of the desired height.

Recall Memory Position – Automatic : Quickly double click (within less than 0.5 seconds) the desired memory location button (1, 2, 3, or 4) and the table moves from the current position into the saved position. The button may be released after the double click.

Ensure that no objects are in the path of the table during movement. Pressing any button will stop the table movement.

Reset Control Unit to Factory Setting : If the indicated value does not match the actual height of the table top, the display can be corrected as follows:

1. Press and HOLD the 1,2, and buttons simultaneously. Keep button combination pressed for roughly 10 seconds.

2. Display will show "S" and a number, e.g. "S5"

3. Release buttons.

4. Press and release button until the display reads "S0." (Note: it may take 2 press and release sequences before "S0" is displayed.) 5. Press S (green) memory. Control box should

click 5 times.

6. Control unit will reset to its factory settings.

"E61" will be displayed on the controller.

(Note: The menu timeout is 5 seconds; this means the menu will close automatically without storing the new settings if the user does not press a key for 5 seconds.) Important: After control unit is reset to factory settings, perform initialization process as explained on page 14.
