The wine list you are about to browse has been put together to compliment and elevate the magnificent cuisine of our head chef, Nick Bennett.
From the oldest vineyards in the world to new world wines, passing through some of the world most renowned producers and some family owned small businesses you’ll find yourself cruising
through an extensive path of flavours and experiences.
Working alongside a local wine merchant, Tanners Wines of Shrewsbury, gives us the possibility to have a closer and more careful approach to what we present to our customers and wine
connoisseurs.
For those who like to know more about their wine and its properties we created a small guide to help you distinguish Organic and Biodynamic wines, as follows:
O – This is an accredited organic wine producer.
B – This is an accredited biodynamic wine producer.
E – The producer exercises organic and / or biodynamic practices but is not officially accredited.

Tanners have been an independent family shipper of estate wines since 1842 and stay resolutely independent until today, winning an international reputation and a loyal following among wine lovers, as well as a great number of important national awards and accolades. By shipping direct from the vineyards into their own premises, they offer unique wines from predominantly family
producers, who have a passion for their land, vines and produce.
