Detailed Show Week Schedule: This will be sent out at a later date. This will include rehearsals at

the Numerica PAC with the Wenatchee Valley Symphony (including dress rehearsal), as well as

mandatory warm-up times and call-times. This will also include date/time for Cast Photo Onstage

at the PAC.

Rehearsals During the Week: Please note that the only role to have rehearsals during the week

with be Sugar Plum Fairy Tuesdays 3:30-4:00pm with Melissa.

Included in this packet is a weekly rehearsal schedule. Please check each schedule carefully as roles

may attend different rehearsal times from week to week. Please note that rehearsals start times may

vary. Please note that each rehearsal time is a short period of time. Therefore we ask that you be

punctual and present for each rehearsal! If you will be absent, please contact the office to be

excused before your missed rehearsal so your instructor is aware. Please limit absences.

Please follow Ballet Dress Code for Nutcracker Rehearsals. This includes wearing proper ballet shoes

(including pointe shoes for pointe roles) to every rehearsal. Female students should wear a leotard and

tights (discount dance style code 9 or 9c in classical pink) with hair pulled into a neat bun. Male

students should wear black shorts or pants and a white shirt.
