Vodka Alexander is obtained through five distillation phases, allowing it to extract the aromatic characteristics from the raw material and leading to a rich and complex distillate. It is finally enriched by blending it with water from the Alps, and filtered to eliminate impurities.

The Bottega Negroni in its ready to drink version presents the characteristic ruby red colour with vermilion reflections and a typical, intriguing and articulated flavour. Bottega Vermouths are produced from carefully selected wines from a particularly suitable terroir. Their unmistakable character derives from a natural extract described in an original secret recipe with over 30 herbs, flowers and spices (elder, Roman absinthe, Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, greater galangal, bitter orange zest, etc.). Matching a wine with a great personality with an extract featuring multiple hues leads to a product with a unique character. The Bottega Bitter is produced by adding an infusion of bitter herbs, spices, aromatic plants and fruit to a solution of water and food-grade alcohol. It owes its character to a new and original recipe, the product of ongoing experimentation, born from the encounter between Sandro Bottega and Lamberto Vallarino Gancia in Padua at the world’s oldest botanical garden, the kingdom of spices.

“Amaro”, a drink obtained from infusing in alcohol different types of pleasantly bitter-tasting herbs. Its history goes back a thousand years, beginning with the first infusion experiments by Hippocrates, through the Benedictine monks in their fortified abbeys and their knowledge of phytotherapy, to the present day where Amaro plays the undisputed starring role at the end of a meal.
