Email Template Specifications

◊ Choose a template that best fits your message

How it works:

Our free email template provides everything you need for creating email messages of any complexity fast without coding skills. Please select from 4 designs to get your email blast message ready to reach your targeted audience.

Keep Subject Line Short

Email subject lines will get cut off if they’re too long, particularly on mobile devices. Recommended length is 50 characters.

Do Tell Them What’s Inside

Makes it clear what is waiting inside the email.

Incorporate Action-oriented Verbs

Actionable subject lines will inspire people to click on your email by instilling urgency and excitement.

Add Value and Quality Keywords

Quality keywords has a positive impact (e.g. improve, accurate, efficient, simplify, etc.).

DON’T USE ALL CAPS or Overuse Exclamation Points!

Not only are these tactics disruptive, they might result in your email being marked as SPAM

Prohibited: SPAM Trigger Words

Free, Win, Discount, Offer, Prize, Buy, Order, Best, Rate, Trial, Give-Away, etc. Spam words like “free” and “sale” are outperformed by alternatives “complimentary” and “special.”

TERMS, CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

Email blasts must pass our SPAM filter testing to be eligible for deployment to our audience. Use of SPAM trigger words noted above and exclamation points in the subject line and text elements of the email blast HTML are prohibited.

Materials for Email Blast must be provided in email-compatible HTML 4.0 format. Images for Email Blasts must be provided as files in appropriate web formats.

Email Blast HTML code provided must be ready to use; Client will incur creative services fees if Company is required to make changes to the HTML code.

Client may request up to three revisions prior to approval and deployment of any Email Blast. No revisions may be requested less than one business day of the scheduled deployment. Any revision that requires Company to edit images, create new text copy, or create new HTML code may incur creative services fees.

Note: Templates are a drag-and-drop design. Customization or changing of the templates’ design layout is limited. Creative services can help support customization of your email message and design;

available at an additional cost.

Tips for Improving Opens:
