Why a Master’s Diploma in International HR

Management?

The process of aligning people and organisations requires professional human resource managers with a variety of competencies, deriving from several different disciplinary approaches.

Acquiring this kind of professional profile is possible in an educational environment that combines understanding of specific skills and techniques in the classroom with opportunities to discover the application of such skills through direct contact with multicultural companies.

The University Postgraduate Master’s Diploma in INTERNATIONAL HR MANAGEMENT promotes the development of the professional competencies which experts in HR management, organisation and business communication need in order to work in complex, international environments. The pace of the diploma - as with most Master’s courses - is intense, and particularly stimulating for motivated graduates who will have the opportunity to meet academics and professionals involved in international HR.
