AUDITVIEW

PC program studied for managing the data made available by the “Full AUDIT” function of the PAYTEC OSCAR series payment systems. Can save a max of 4,500 key operations. The operator gathers the data using one of the available systems (key Audit, palmtop, PC) on a PC where the data is saved in a database for processing (compatibility: Windows 2000 / XP). You must purchase a USB hardware key to install the program. After having installed AuditView on the PC, insert the hardware key in the USB port to enable the programme.

Products rotation index

Indicates if a particular product reached the sales target. The database is searched for all of the sale operations carried out on a machine or on all of the machines associated with a customer in the period set. The number of selections is calculated for each product and divided by the number of days (daily mean). The values obtained are compared to a value set for each product, which indicates how many selections are expected on a daily basis.
