The responsibilities of people have not been made clear. They keep getting involved in each others’ work which irritates everyone.
A person is not capable of doing the tasks they have been given and others are getting frustrated.

You do not think you will be able to complete a particular individual task in the stated timescale.
One group member is harassing another.
Several members of the group are lacking in motivation which is causing bad feeling.
