Creating your
Link character
Link, hero The Legend of Zelda, does
exist. You create Link by first register-ing your player name. You may create a total
three different Link characters.
When yo load Game Pak in unit and turn
on power supply, th title display as shown
on right appears, and th demonstration
begins. When you press START button an th display on right appears, line up he
heart with REGISTER YOUR NAME using

The basic principle of th game is, of course, defend yourself and destroy enemy after other in quick succession. Now, let's learn basics
so.
First off, us the sword!

magical whistle? Well, once he's
collected the last Triforce fragment,

it check roughly where he is. If
you're playing very first time,

informa-tion, then ge hi point to the number rubies he wants
pay. The merchant will ignore Link, however, if he hasn't got enough rubies.

attacks by throwing spears. A little bit meaner
than Octorok.
Armas
soldier has been turned into a stone
statue. He moves and attacks touched Link.
He has a fair amount attacking power.
Ghini
Th ghost lives in th graveyard. There are
types. There are Ghinis are there from
th beginning th game, those appear
when Link touches th gravestones. Ghinis have
about th same attacking force as Armos.

near Death Mountain. Watch out! He's pretty
strong, an Link's little shield can't stop hi
sword.

shield can't hold back. He's pretty strong.

Th knight lives in th labyrinths. He
has lots attacking power. He repels Link's
attacks from th front with his shield.

gigantic centipede. Attacking his head won't

tube-like monster that has soft spot magic

Th huge worm living in th labyrinths. grows
smaller as Link attacks. so strong.
Dodongo
giant rhinoceros. hasn't go so much attack
ing power, bounces attacks with its

A large man-eating flower with hands sticking
in all four directions. moves faster as loses its
hands It's pretty mean. So, watch out!
Aquamentus
type dragon that some call a unicorn.
As well as having lots attacking power, it's
fearful opponent. emits mean beams.

Th Patra attack in groups, in types
formations. Both formation groups are strong. So
be on yo r toes! Digdogger

come on pretty strong.

Th super·huge crab that lives in th labyrinths. It hard shell will repulse an attack. Attack it
