SUPPORT NETWORK GUIDE

This guide will help you find the key contact for your nearest Support Network, a support group for people living with and at risk of diabetes that is run by Diabetes NSW volunteers.

When you connect with the Support Network in your local area you will meet each month and participate in various activities in a positive environment where you can make new friends and help others simply by sharing your experiences.

Most Support Networks include a guest speaker who is qualified in a field related to diabetes management who will provide the latest industry information.
