This calendar is binding and students who will miss the test will be automatically excluded from the selection. Only applicants who will have submitted a valid language certification will be excused from the language exam. The documents attached to the applications will be checked at the Double Degree and International Projects Office, and a list of the applicants who must take the language exam will be published at http://www.unitn.it/node/7947.

If applying to the Call for several partner Universities requiring different levels of the same language, only the higher level exam will have to be taken.

The Committee for the final oral exam is nominated by the Rector of the University of Trento. It will be composed of a minimum of two professors of the University of Trento. The interview may take place in the language required for the destination.

The list of applicants admitted to the final oral interview will be published on the Call for International Agreements website at http://www.unitn.it/node/7947 no later than 3 working days before the interview. The final ranking list will be displayed at http://www.unitn.it/node/7947 within 5 working days after the interview.

The candidates will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

3. Oral interview maximum 35 points

The minimum score to be admitted into the ranking list of the eligible candidates is 75 points.

For PhDs candidates and students who will not have taken any exam before the selection date, the evaluation will be based on points 2 and 3. The result will then be proportioned to those of the other candidates.

At the end of the evaluation the designated Commission delivers a ranking list based on the sum of the points scored by each candidate in every single component of the afore-mentioned selection procedure.

ACCEPTANCE Study grants are awarded on the basis of the ranking order.

After the selection, all candidates who will be awarded the study grant will receive a notification by email. They will be required to submit a declaration of acceptance within 10 days from notification to be written according to the designated format used by the Ufficio Doppia Laurea e Progetti Internazionali - Double Degree and International Projects Office.

In case a grant holder resigns, his/her place will be offered to the candidate next in the ranking list.

Any other document required for the application in the section notes of each destination form, must be submitted together with the declaration of acceptance.

The selection described in the present Call for applications is only an internal selection. The partner Universities can ask students to pass other language tests and have the ultimate right to decide upon the admittance of the selected candidates. Their decision is final and unchallengeable.

(4)

Pagina 4 di 4 Study grants are subject to the actual participation in the study/research activities and they will be paid in two deferred instalments:
