How can I top up?:

Internet (APN) Settings:
Lebara Internet & MMS settings are automatically sent via SMS within moments of inserting your Lebara SIM card into your phone.
You will receive 2 SMS messages:
SMS 1 will inform you that we are making necessary adjustments to the Internet & MMS settings on your phone.
SMS 2 will ask you to click on the link within the SMS and to please follow the onscreen instructions to automatically configure the Internet & MMS profile on your phone.
Your phone will request to save the settings; click yes and if prompted for a PIN, enter 1234 and an onscreen message will confirm: "Configuration complete" or "Profile saved".
Once complete, you can start browsing the internet.

SIM Card Validity
Lebara SIM cards remain active as long as they are topped up at least once every two months. If no top ups are made, your SIM card will be permanently deactivated and the number will be lost. If you have available credit, your SIM card will remain active for 4 months (120 days) from the last top up. However, you will not be able to receive calls during the fourth month. At the end of this duration, you will have a grace period of 15 days to reactivate your SIM by topping up.
If you have no credit (zero balance), your SIM card will remain active for 2 months however, you will not be able to receive calls during the second month. At the end of this duration, you will have a grace period of 10 days to reactive your SIM by topping up.

Roaming
Roaming is automatically set up in your Lebara Sim. When you arrive at your destination, your handset will automatically connect to the best available network
You can take a top up voucher with you when you travel abroad; top up by dialing 2223 and enter your voucher PIN or dial *123*# followed by the voucher PIN,# again and then press the call button.
