Synonyms:

A synonym is a one

to five digit

numeric code that

identifies each

course section. It

is 14502 in the

example above.

You may register

for a section using

only the synonym.

Waitlist Option: You

have the ability to add

your name to a waitlist

for any class that has

reached full

capacity. If a seat in the

class becomes available,

you will be notified by

email and given a limited

amount of time to

register for that class.

Location, Location, Location: The

printed schedule includes all

classes at all locations. If you are

looking for classes offered at a

particular campus or online, you

can go on WebAdvisor and

search by location.

Web Sections:

We offer many classes online that you can

register for. Your tuition is determined by

your residence. There is also a comment

on each of these sections giving the

percentage of classroom and online

instruction involved.

NEW!! Blended Classes:

A blended course combines on-site classroom learning with online

learning and reduces the amount of time a student spends in the on-

site classroom. In a blended course, the student is responsible for

learning online through activities that prepare him or her for further

learning that will take place in the classroom. The face-to-face and

online course components are designed to complement and reinforce

one another, not merely repeat each other. The online learning

component can comprise up to 70% of the course learning activities.
