Once a year, farmers in Southern Germany open up their farms as guesthouses to present their products. And that’s exactly what we do here in Seitenblick every day. Our kitchen is dominated by South German food and meals from the Black Forest. We also offer similar fresh and organic products. The food is cooked in traditional ways which means using flame & stone oven but without using steamers or

microwaves. Here the food is still food, where you can feel, smell and taste it like it is originally in nature and unchanged by industrial methods or adjustments.

Dear guests, you are entering “Seitenblick”, “a glance from the side”. Once a year, farmers in Southern Germany open up their farms as

guesthouses to present their products. And that’s exactly what we do here in Seitenblick every day.

Our kitchen is dominated by South German food and meals from the Black Forest. We also offer similar fresh and organic products. The food is cooked in traditional ways which means using flame & stone oven but without using steamers or microwaves. Here the food is still food, where you can feel, smell and taste it like it is originally in nature and unchanged by industrial methods or adjustments.
