I. INTRODUCTION

An online technology solution that provides our value clients with diversified services through SSI Web-Trading: • Place orders via internet quickly

• Viewing securities price board and placing orders at the same time

• Managing investment portfolio with estimated gains/losses, cash and stock balance

• Following the status of orders placed within the day trading session (open, pending to match, unmatched, matched, cancelled or denied)

• Lookup of historical trading results in a long time • Easy to print order trading reports

• Online cash advance • Online money transfer • Online selling odd-lot stock

• Online right stock information registration • Multiple account management

II. MAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Log-in

- Access https://webtrading.ssi.com.vn, the login screen will appear:

- You enter your account numbers in the field "Customer ID" and then enter password in the field "Password" by 2 ways:

o Option 1: Enter your password by entering the characters on the computer keyboard

o Option 2: You can click on the virtual keyboard of the “login screen” to enter your password. This feature can help you to avoid losing password caused by the applications that steal information once you type on the keyboard.

- Press Enter or click on “Login” button to log into the system. Notes:

o If you enter wrong password three times, the captcha (image verification code) will appear. You must enter correct account, password and Token code (If you use Token)

o If you want to clear the information that you have entered in the field "My Account" and "Password", click on "Delete" button to login again.

o In case this account is logged on by two different computers, the system will notify “This account is being used in a different computer or device”.

In case you forgot your password, click on the link "Forgot password". The screen will appear:

o Step 1: Enter Customer ID, captcha and Token code. Then click on “Request” button.

o Step 2: Check your email address that you have registered for E-Trading services. In your mail box, you will receive an email from SSI. Click on the first authentication link. After that, the system will automatically send back a new password that you can log into the system.

Note: The two authentication links to verify your request of new password only exist in 7 days from the day you sent the request. After 7 days if you don’t click on either link, two authentication links will be expired.

1.2 Change Password

This allows you to change your password logging into the system. You should change your password immediately when you access your account at the first time.

o Click on “Account Manage” button → “Change Password” o Fill your information in this screen

o Click “Accept”

2. PIN code/Token code

- In order to place your orders or take utility services conveniently and quickly, the system supports two types of authentication:

o Using Token: Token is a device that generates a random password when you press the button on the device. Password created by the token will be valid for one time use only. After using it (to confirm your order,), this code will expire immediately. Token provides you the highest security for your transactions as well as your other requirements on Web Trading. You need to register for using the Token device.

WWW.SSI.COM.VN E-TRADING DEPARTMENT PAGE 4 o Using a PIN code: A PIN code is enclosed in an email that SSI sends to you at the first activation SSI Web Trading (along with Customer ID and password). You can change your PIN code and use it for a long time until you want to change. When using a PIN to verify orders, the system has an option "Save PIN code" that helps you not to re-enter your PIN until you escape the system and so you can place orders more quickly. The function “Save PIN code” will no longer work once you exit the system and it must be reselected in the following logins.

Note: You can change the authentication type from Token to the PIN code or vice versa at anytime by using the function “Account management” >>"Change PIN and verification types":

2.1 How to change your authentication type?

Click on “Account Manage” → “Change PIN and verification types” o Use PIN code to place orders

Click “Use a PIN code to place orders Fill in the blanks in this screen Click “Accept”

o Use Token

Click “Use token”

Fill in the blanks on this screen Click “Accept”

2.2 Change PIN code

Click on “Account Manage” → “Change PIN and verification types” → “Change PIN code”. Fill your information in this screen. Click “Accept”

2.3 Forgot PIN code

Click on “Account Manage” → “Change PIN and verification types” → “Forgot PIN code”. Enter captcha. Click “Accept”

Web Trading version 3.2 allows customers to manage multiple accounts in a single log. After logging in from your agent account, you can switch to other accounts by:

Click on the menu “Default Account” → “Change” → Choose default account Default account will be displayed automatically at all the function screens.

At each screen function, you can also change to the account you want by entering the corresponding account in the box "Account No".

4. Online Trading Functions 4.1 Stock Quotes

A securities price board with useful functions:

o Display the securities codes in the portfolio of investors on the price board o Monitoring the securities codes of HOSE and HNX at a same time. o You can remove the securities codes that were added to the price board.

Investors can add their portfolio into the price board by clicking on the "Load from the portfolio" button on the price board

You can remove the securities codes in the portfolio from the price board by moussing on them and clicking on X button to delete these securities codes

Add/remove securities code into the price board:

- Option 1: Enter the code in the field “Add New stock”, press Enter.

- Option 2: Click on the “Select Stock” button, the screen will appear as below:

o Click on "HOSE" or "HNX" and select securities code. Then click “View”

o Or click on the letters on the screen to add new securities code. The system will automatically check the securities code that begins with selected letters and then click on “View" button to display the selected securities code on the price board.

o Click "Hide" to close the screen. Notes:

o Double click to move the row to the top of the price board

o You can remove a securities code from the price board by clicking on “Delete all’ button to remove it from the price board.

4.2 News & Securities data

When you click on the securities codes on the price board, the system will automatically open the web page that you can view the news and securities data, including:

Overview of the company.

Company profile: Main business, affiliates, management board ... Historic quotes of securities

Technical analysis charts Securities related news Analyst reports

4.3 Margin stock list

(Applied for margin accounts only)

When customers choose margin accounts to trade, margin stock list will appear above the stock quotes. This list shows all the stock codes which are allowed to buy, to sell, to deposit on margin accounts with the rate of support. Customers can view all or type their wanted stock symbol to search:

Term explanation:

Rate of support: is the ratio between the supported value over customers’ assets at market prices

For example: Rate of support of stock ABC is 30%. This means customer’s equity over value of ABC by the market prices is 70%. Customer can buy this stock with 30% of value supported by the securities company.

4.4 Buy Order Entry

You can place orders to buy securities by many ways: Click on “Buy” button at any screen.

Press Ctrl+B

Click on “Buy” button on the price board The steps are as follows

Enter the securities code. Use the Tab, Enter key or mouse to move across the field.

In case you are not sure about the securities code, you can search by clicking on the "securities code", enter the characters, the system will display the full name, the reference price, ceiling, floor, 3 best buying/selling prices and correlative amount, highest price, lowest price, the current average price of this securities code and credit available.

Do not enter spaces and comma between the numbers. You can use a dot in the price field. o Step 3: Order Confirmation

After enter the order information completely, you press Enter or click “Buy” button. An order confirmation screen will appear:

Click "Confirm" to transfer the order into the system, click "Cancel" to annul the order. If your order is valid, you can check all of your orders on the screen “Order status” 4.5 Sell Order Entry

You can place orders to sell securities by different ways: Click on “Sell” button at any screen.

Press Ctrl+S

Click on “Sell” button on the price board

In the "Portfolio", if you want to sell securities, click on “Sell” button The steps are as follows:

o Step 1: At any screen click on "Sell" button or Ctrl+S, Sell-order-entry screen will appear as below:

o Step 2: Fill in the blanks with order information

Enter the securities code. Use the Tab, Enter key or mouse to move across the field.

In case you are not sure about the securities code, you can search by clicking on the "securities code", enter the characters, the system will display the full name, the reference price, ceiling, floor, 3 best buying/selling prices and correlative amount, highest price, lowest price, the current average price of this securities code and credit available.

After enter the order information completely, you press Enter or click “Sell” button. An order confirmation screen will appear:

Click "Confirm" to transfer the order into the system. Click "Cancel" to annul the order. If your order is valid, you can check all of your orders on the screen “Order status” 4.6 Split order

With an order of large volume, the system will automatically split into many orders in compliance with allowed volume stated on the stock trading rules of the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange

This function will support customers in placing a lot of orders with the same volume and price or placing many orders with the rules of increasing or decreasing volume and price compared with the first order’s one.

At the buy/sell screen, customer tick on “Group order” function:

“Group order” screen appears, customer can set up the rule for the orders of the group basing on the volume and price of the initial order:

o Number of orders: number of orders in the group

o Step volume: basing on the volume of the initial order, customers can set up the rule for other orders in the group by setting the increasing or decreasing step of volume. The system also verifies if this step of volume is in compliance with one stated on the stock trading rules of the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

o Step price: basing on the price of the initial order, customers can set up the rule for other orders in the group by setting the increasing or decreasing step of price. The system also verifies if the prices are in the range of floor price and ceiling price and compliance with the stock trading rules of the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

After setting up completely, customer reviews again and click on the button “Create order”, confirmation screen appears showing all the orders of the group in detail:

In this function, you can view all the status of your orders during the sessions - Click on "Transactions" button -> choose "Order Status"

- The “Order Status" screen will appear as below:

Order Status:

o Matched Orders

Order is waiting in SSI: The order is processing on the system that has not been transferred to HOSE / HNX

Order is waiting to be matched in HOSE/HNX: The order has been processed and transferred into HOSE / HNX system

o Cancelled Orders

Order is waiting to be cancelled in SSI: The order is processing on the system that has not been transferred to HOSE/HNX

Order is waiting to be cancelled in HSX, HNX: The order has been processed and transferred into the system HOSE / HNX.

Order is cancelled: The order has been cancelled in HOSE / HNX. o Refused Orders

Order is refused by SSI: The order is denied on the system that has not been transferred to HOSE/ HNX

Order is refused by HSX, HNX: The order has been transferred to HOSE/HNX successfully but has been rejected by HOSE/HNX.

4.9 Cancel Order

Before cancelling orders, you need to check the current status of your orders on the screen "Order Status". You can cancel orders that they have not matched yet.

The steps as follows:

o Step 1: Click on the “Cancel” button on the screen "Order Status". The cancel-order-screen will appear:

o

Step 2: Enter the Token code or PIN code. Next, click on "Cancel order" button. o Step 3: Press Enter or click on “Cancel” button

Cancel Order confirmation screen will appear:

o Step 4: Click “Confirm” for cancelling the order, click “Close” for not cancelling the order 4.10 Portfolio Management

You can monitor the information of stocks and amount that you bought/sold in the latest three trading days. 4.10.1 Cash Account

- Available Cash: the money can be used to buy securities

- Withdrawable Amount: the actual amount that may be withdrawn.

- Payment: total buy amount to be paid for buying securities (not including transaction fee). - Cash in the settlement cycle from T1 to T3:

Waiting sent: buying amount from T1 to T3 Waiting received: selling amount from T1 to T3 T + 1: 1 day to come to settlement day

T + 2: 2 days to come to settlement day T + 3: 3 days to come to settlement day

- Sold Amount: Total Selling Amount within a day (not including transaction fee and tax) - Bought Amount: Total Buying Amount within a day (not including transaction fee) - Debt: overdue

Stock balance

Display information about securities code:

o

Available Stock: show the total number of securities that investors can trade o Due Information: waiting to send/receive stock in the latest three trading days. o Current market value of these stocks

o Current stock’s estimated gains/losses by Dong and by percent

How to calculate Gain/Loss in the portfolio?

- Avg Price: The average price of securities. Unit: 1000 dong - Total: Total number of securities

- Value: Total cost of buying securities

- Market Price: The highest bid price. If there is no bid price at the beginning of the session, the market price will be the reference price... Unit: 1000 dong

- Market Value: The estimated value is based on the market price of securities - Available_stock: Number of available stock

- Stock in the settlement cycle: Number of securities waiting to receive/waiting to send from T1 to T3 T + 1: 1 day to come to settlement day

5. Long market value (LMV): market value of current portfolio (available stocks, waiting to receive stocks, right stocks) = actual_vol x market_price x % pledge

6. Collateral: future cash dividend in Margin account and market value of other assured portfolio 7. Margin Requirement: = SUM(LMV x TodayMargin) + Collateral

8. Buy MR: = margin required for unmatch buy transaction= ((order_vol x order_price x TodayMargin) + commission)

4.13 Stock transaction statement

This allows you to view your stock transaction statement for three months - Click on “Account Manage” button → “Stock transaction statement” - The screen will appear as below:

- Available Stock: Sellable stock - Restricted stock: Non-sellable stock

- Right stock: include stock dividends, right stocks and bonus stocks. - Registered stock: Stocks deposited at SSI but not yet sellable - Total: Total number of sellable stocks in the account.

4.14 Debit Information – Detail of Payment – Accrued Interest (Applied for margin accounts only)

This function shows all debit information and detail of payment: - Click on “Account Manage” button → “Debit Information” - The screen will appear as below:

Web Trading also shows accrued interest. Customer can click on "View more" to see the detail of loan interest which is calculated basing on the loan amount arising from the first day of the month to the current day:

4.15 Cash Advance

4.15.1 Cash advance request

This allows you to send your cash advance request to SSI - Click on “Utilities” button -> “Cash Advance” - The screen will appear as below:

4.15.2 Cash advance status

This allows you to view your cash advance status

- Click on “Utilities” button -> “Cash Advance” → “Cash advance status” - The screen will appear as below:

Cash advance status:

Pending: The request has not been processed and you can cancel it. Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

In Process: Your request is being processed by SSI Has been done: The request is done. You cannot cancel it.

Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details. 4.15.3 Cash advance history

You can view your cash advance transaction for three months

- Click on “Utilities” button -> “Cash Advance” → “Cash advance history” - The screen will appear as below:

Cash advance status:

Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

Has been done: The request is done. You can not cancel it.

You can transfer money and check the status of your money transfer requests through our SSI Web Trading by a simple and flexible way:

- Transfer money to the 7 registered internal stock accounts at SSI.

- Transfer money to any bank account in Vietnam that has the account owner’s name coincides with SSI's stock account owner’s name (These bank accounts do not need to be registered with SSI) - Transfer money to 3 bank accounts that have the account owner’s name different from SSI's stock

account owner’s name. (These bank accounts must have been registered before with SSI) 4.16.1 Money transfer request

Click on “Utilities” function -> “Money transfer”, the screen will appear as below:

- Fill your information in this screen - Click “Accept”

4.16.2 Money transfer status

This allows you to check the status of money transfer transactions:

- Click on “Utilities” button -> “Money transfer” → “Money transfer status” - The screen will appear as below:

Pending: The transfer request has not been processed and you can cancel it. Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

In Process: Your transfer request is being processed by SSI staff

Has been done: The Transfer request is done and the system deducted the amount you wished to request. You cannot cancel it.

Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details. 4.16.3 Money transfer history

You can view your money transfer transaction for three months

- Click on “Utilities” button -> “Money transfer” → “Money transfer history” - The screen will appear as below:

Money transfer status:

Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

Has been done: The transfer request has been successfully processed.

Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to view details. 4.17 Sell odd-lot shares

Customers want to sell odd-lot shares in the duration of buying odd-lot stock of SSI, can easily submit an online request by:.

4.17.1 Odd-lot share request

4.17.2 Sell odd-lot status

After the request is sent to the system, you can check the status of implementation of the requirements in the screen “Sell odd lot status”:

o Click on the menu “Utilities” → “Sell odd-lot shares” → “Sell odd-lot status” o The screen will appear as below:

Sell odd-lot status:

Pending: The request has not been processed and you can cancel it. Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

In Process: Your request is being processed by SSI staff Has been done: The request is. You cannot cancel it.

Rejected: The request can not be executed. You can click “Rejected” to see details.

4.17.3 Sell odd-lot history

This feature allows customers to view all transactions in odd lots of shares in 3 month period. o Click on the menu “Utilities” → “Sell odd-lot shares” → “Sell odd-lot history”

4.18 Right information registration

This function allows customers to monitor the rights arising from stocks they have already owned, right exercise schedule includes: Cash dividend, stock dividend, stock bonus and stock purchase right.

For the stock purchase right, customers can send online request to exercise the right easily. 4.18.1 Right registration request

Pending: The request has not been processed and you can cancel it. Cancelled: The request has been deleted by you.

This feature allows customers to view all the right information in 3 month period.

You can check your contact information, authorized person, registration information for E-Trading services and you can synchronize token here.

1.1 Contact Information

You can monitor your personal information that you have registered with SSI such as full name, ID number, address, telephone, mobile phone, email, customer type, branch code, Marketing Name and Marketing ID … 1.2 Authorized person

Display your email that is used to receive information from SSI, phone numbers for SMS services, internal accounts and banking accounts.

- Email for receiving information from E-Trading: Is used to receive any information on E-Trading services, any notice for account confirmations and activations, such as passwords, confirmation of resetting password request, etc.

- Mobile phone number for SMS service: Is used to receive notification of matching results, account information inquiries and to register securities services via SMS

- Mobile phone number for Contact Center service: Is used to call SSI Contact Center quicker - Internal accounts: you are able to register up to 07 internal accounts. Upon registration, you can

request to transfer money between the accounts using your PIN or Token's OTP

- Bank account information for money transfer: You can register up to three bank accounts and then request for money to be transferred from your SSI trading account to:

1. One of these registered bank accounts

2. Any other bank accounts of which you are the beneficiary

You can request money transfer at SSI’s counter, via SSI Web Trading or by calling SSI Contact Center numbers (1900 5454 71 / 08.39141678 – extension 3-1).

1.4 Registration information for trading via SSI Contact Center

For the purpose of support customers trading via SSI Contact Center easily and quickly, SSI Web Trading releases the function for registration information for trading via SSI Contact Center.

On the menu bar, you click on “Account Information” → “Information on E-trading Services Registration” → “Register”

You fill in all your information registered for trading via SSI Contact Center:

- Phone number: you may register a mobile phone number used to call CC. Format of phone number must be 10 digits starting from 09 and 11 digits starting from 01. This mobile phone number must not be registered for any other account.

- Only authentication by incoming mobile number when you make a query on CC: with this option, you agree that when you query on IVR (Interactive Voice Response), the system will verify customers only by incoming mobile number. If you do not tick on this option, you will be require to enter your PIN or Token code as usual

- Verification types: there are 2 types of verification: by PIN code and by Token code

- CCPIN: PIN code is registered to use when calling SSI Contact Center. This PIN code only includes digits and has at least 4 numbers

- Language: You can choose one of the four languages: Vietnamese, English, Japanese and Chinese. The system will serve you in this language when you call SSI Contact Center from your registered mobile number

- Enter Captcha: you enter the captcha shown beside

- PIN code/token (Web Trading): you use your PIN code or Token key which is used for all other functions on SSI Web Trading

All your registered information will be save at the memory of the SSI Contact Center system which will help the system to serve you quickly when you call SSI contact center then.

2. Synchronize Token

At any screen, if the token is lost synchronization, the system will display the notice “Generator is out of sync” For synchronizing Token, click "Account Management" => "Synchronize Token"

In the screen “synchronize Token”, enter two new token codes, click Accept.
