Welcome
2015 was a good year for Simon’s MS
employment within all major disciplines.

of our largest MS class found
employment within three months of
graduation.
The number of postings from alumni
and employers worldwide has grown
exponentially, and our focus has been
on expanding interview opportunities
in our Rochester and New York City
locations. Our business development team
has increased the number of companies
open to sponsoring Simon international
candidates from 15% to nearly 50%.
We are continuing that effort on the East
Coast and West Coast in key industries
such as financial services, consulting, and
technology, which combined hired nearly
80% of our graduates this year.
Our career programming is among the
best in the country, and we have dedicated
counselors for each MS program. The
University of Rochester alumni group, with
more than 100,000 members, is highly
engaged and connected with our students,
affording numerous opportunities for
networking and interviews.
