Literacenter is located in the
thriving West Loop, convenient
to every kind of transportation...
and cuisine.
Described by many as the hottest part of town, our West Loop neighborhood is known for its transportation, food, drink, social venues, and startup spirit.
We’re ready to make it famous for literacy too.
In recent years, the West Loop has acquired a reputation as Chicago’s best neighborhood for eating and drinking, and we know why: no other part of the city is so densely packed with critically acclaimed restaurants and bars.

Our members power
literacy at every level, from
early childhood through adult.
I think the real value is all of us
under one roof. I know we are
going to have conversations as
we see each other in the hallway.
It also feels really good to come
to work and there's a bookstore
downstairs. It sets the right
tone; it sets the right culture.
This feels like home to us,
not like an office space.
Brenda Palm Executive Director, WITS
“
Literacenter gives us the
opportunity to collaborate with
those who are in a similar space
to us. Not only are we meeting
new people and sharing new
ideas, we are sharing resources
and opportunities.
Katie Hench CEO, Infiniteach
