Behavioral Health Consultant $24.96 – 31.69 Hourly Closes: July 29, 2013

JO# 102729(VV) – (English/Spanish Bilingual Preferred) (Plus 5% Bilingual Compensation) Clackamas County Community Health seeks a qualified mental health professional to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Consultant, incumbents will provide a variety of advanced level professional treatment and services to primary care clinic patients. The focus of this position is crisis management and short-term interventions that consist of short sessions and on the spot crisis interventions. Incumbents also focus on resource referral and screening for ongoing counseling. Minimum Requirements: Successful candidates will possess knowledge, skills and/or experience in the following areas:- the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish – A Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) – A Qualified Mental Health Professional(QMHP) – Either 60 hours of Alcohol and Addiction Training, if licensed, or possession of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) designation. – Must successfully pass a criminal history check which may include national or state fingerprint records check. – The candidate(s) selected for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test. – Applicants for this position must meet the requirements of the County’s Driving Policy. Certified Medical Assistant-Bilingual/PART TIME $17.25 - $21.71 Hourly Closes: August 7, 2013 JO#102776(KT) – (Bilingual – Spanish ONLY)(Plus 5% Bilingual Compensation) - Please note: Required - Bilingual skills in Spanish/English. This position requires fluent competency in Spanish and English. An examination will be administered to test for reading, writing and speaking. This is a part-time position. The Clackamas County Community Health Division has an opening for a qualified Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for its Sandy after Hours Health Center. PLEASE NOTE: This position is regular, part-time, 28 hours per week, with pro-rated benefits. CMA's provide routine medical assistance to professional health care providers in the delivery of patient care; prepare clinic patients for physical examinations, collect specimens, perform routine diagnostic tests and record health information; perform clerical support functions in patient reception and medical records; and other work as required. The positions will be located in our new Sandy After Hours Health Center. The Center will offer primary care services to students and community residents. Dental Assistant, EFDA $16.43 - $20.79 Hourly Closes: August 28, 2013 JO#102765(VV) – English/Spanish Bilingual REQUIRED (Plus 5% Bilingual Compensation) - Clackamas County is currently seeking English/Spanish Bilingual Dental Assistants, EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) to assist dentists and dental hygienists in the examination, maintenance and repair of gums and teeth; to provide program coordination of the County dental clinic; and, to perform necessary clerical and technical support functions and duties. Within the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), this position primarily, but not exclusively, focuses on assisting older adults and persons with disabilities address a wide range of needs and concerns. Job Development Specialist $20.79 – 26.19 Hourly Closes: July 30, 2013 JO#102759(VV) - Community Solutions for Clackamas County (CSCC) is seeking a Job Development Specialist for Community Corrections clients. Job Development Specialists are responsible for developing subsidized and unsubsidized employment and training opportunities with business owners and managers, public agencies and community partners for job seekers in Clackamas

County. Incumbents develop programs to educate and sell the advantages of programs to potential partners and then negotiate contracts to fulfill program goals. Incumbents act as ambassadors for CSCC in establishing relationships with area employers, community partners, and funding sources. CSCC services clients from a variety of populations, including offenders, TANF and Food Stamp (SNAP) recipients, and residents of public housing. Job Development Specialists work with clients who may have barriers to employment and challenges, such as poverty, criminal histories, drug and alcohol abuse, mental health diagnosis, and long term unemployment. The goal of Job Development Specialists is to help their clients gain the skills they need in order to find and keep employment. This position provides job development, job search assistance including workshops, and employability planning to clients with criminal histories. The clients in this program are referred from the Community Corrections probation officers. The job developer builds employer networks in the community to find or create employment opportunities for clients with background issues.

Medical Director $154,726 - $208,845 Annually Open Until Filled JO#102639(AC) - Clackamas County Health Centers Division seeks a talented, experienced physician to serve as Medical Director of our clinical sites. The Medical Director will plan, organize, direct and supervise the activities and provider staff within the clinical

services program providing comprehensive treatment services to patients. The Medical Director will serve a key role in the development of Patient Centered Medical Home Model (termed Person Focused Health Home) within the clinic teams at all of the sites. The Medical Director will work as a partner on the integrated management team. CLACKAMAS COUNTY - TEMPORARY & SEASONAL POSITIONS

Seasonal Laborer $12.07 Hourly

The Transportation Maintenance Division is seeking active, energetic persons to work in the Road, Bridge and Traffic sections on a temporary basis. The laborer position will perform manual work almost exclusively outdoors. They will be subjected to adverse weather conditions including rain, snow, sleet, and extremely cold, warm or hot temperatures. The laborer position may also be subjected to other uncomfortable working conditions such as excessive noise and dust. Additionally, they may be required to work around poison oak, hot oil, asphalt, and chemical spray. This job requires long periods of standing on hard surfaces. The laborer position will perform accurate assignments from oral or written instructions with, at times, a minimum of supervision; operate assigned vehicles and

equipment effectively and safely. Flagging (traffic control) and working on the brushing crew are common tasks for the laborer position. Standard hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday – Thursday. There may be some overtime work.
