Step 1: See the Tithi the native is born in
Step 2: Note down the Dagdha Rasis from Dagdha Rasi

Step 3: Those houses where Dagdha Rasi sits will be effected
in some manner, 90% negative impact
EX: Aquarius ascendant, 9H planet is Venus, a yogakaraka
and hence gives good results during its dasa bhukti period. If the native was born on the 12th tithi (Dwadasi) then that house and the planet becomes a dagdha rashi and a dagdha planet and hence the good results are reduced
Step 4: Some effect will be carried by the lord of the Dagdha

Rule 1: The house where Dagdha Rashi fall lose their
power or it will give results only after strong efforts are put in
Rule 2: Same goes to where the Dagdha Rasi Lord gets
deposited
Rule 3: Trikonas and benefic planets always do good.
EXCEPTIONS…
Rule 1: Such houses lose their power, unless their lord is
Retrograde
Rule 2: When Dagdha Rasi lords are in 3, 6, 8 and 12 houses
from ascendant or in some cases Dagdha Rasis itself in 3, 6, 8, 12 houses from Ascendant
Rule 3: If they are in malefic houses or in conjunction with
malefic planets or in retrograde position then they give good results
Rule 4: Even if the 3, 6, 8, and 12 house planets are in a
Dagdha rasi planet stars they do not give good effects. On the other hand if the 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 house Lords are in the Dagdha rasi’s stars they do not give good effects

EXAMPLES…
Persons born on Chaturdashi (14th) and having either Gemini,
Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces Asc then the 1, 4, 7,10 become the Dagdha Rashi. Any planets connected with them will during their periods give reduced effects. Planets in Jupiter and
Mercury stars will not give good results also. Unless the Dagdha planet is retrograde or with malefics
Persons born on Shashthi (6th), Aries and Leo both become
Dagdha Rasis. Therefore the lords of the houses, Mars and Sun become Dagdha planets
If a person is born on Shashthi (6th)‚ Aries and Leo both
become Dagdha planets.
For TAURUS ascendant, The 4H planet is Sun. The 4H
signifies mother, education, domestic comfort etc. If the 4H planet Sun is in its own house, the benefits of the 4H cannot be enjoyed by the native. Planets in Sun’s star will not give good effects either
