Mobile battery power pack, complete with 20amp Lithium ion battery enclosed in a secure Battery box with handle for easy lifting and handling. Quick connect Plug and Socket for connection to the sign and complete with Charger using the same system. Mounting clips included.

Data Collection Option

As an added option the sign can be fitted with a data collection radar unit that allows the user to collect traffic data of approaching vehicles, showing vehicle speed classes, average speed highest speed and percentile speed counts on an easy to read pdf report.

Once the data has been collected in the radar there are several ways of downloading the data on to your computer:

Mounting details

All signs are supplied with easy mount clips with TESPA bands to allow various post size compatibility as shown below.

Once in position, the clips then secure in place using the TESPA band, this can also be rotated to suit orientation requirements.

The sign then sits in the bracket using a fixing solution as pictured and securely locked in place. (Lock provided)

Battery Change over instruction:

**Please make sure this instruction is carried out in a safe and proper manner**

• Step 1 - Disconnect sign from battery Box.

• Step 2 - Unlock padlock holding the sign onto the post and lift down to a stable working surface.

• Step 3 - Unlock box and open to reveal battery. • Step 4 - Unclip RED terminal of the battery. • Step 5 - Unclip BLUE Terminal of the battery.

• Step 6 - Remove flat battery and replace with fully charged unit. • Step 7 - Reconnect the BLUE terminal of the battery.

• Step 8 - Reconnect the RED terminal of the battery. • Step 9 - Lock the box securely back up.

• Step 10 - Lift and secure battery box back into position using hook brackets. • Step 11 - Lock in place using padlock.

• Step 12 - Reconnect the sign to the battery box.

• Step 13 - Position yourself to be able to see the power indication light to confirm charge. (May take a minute)

Traffic Management:

If TWM are Installing and Commissioning the equipment, TWM will provide short duration basic traffic management, Should Stop/Go or Traffic Lights be required to install any of the quoted items the client should arrange and provide this.

Warranty:

All our interactive signs installed by TWM come with a full, 24-months onsite parts and labour warranty from the date of installation. Units purchased on a supply only basis and installed by a third party come with a full 24-month return to base, parts and labour warranty from date of invoice. However, any faults or damaged parts deemed to have been caused by incorrect installation, vandalism or accident damage will be chargeable.

Payment Terms:

30 Days from invoice date, all prices are excluding VAT, VAT is charged at Std rate.

Lead Time:

Currently 4 weeks from receipt of official order. (Should you require anything sooner, contact us and we will do our best to schedule production sooner)

Carriage:

£60 per pallet (4 signs per pallet) to mainland UK
