Jim is first and foremost a listener, secondly a communicator. He is an accomplished businessman and one of the most educated and trained conflict specialists in the Midwest. He has taught over 1300 credit hours at the college and graduate level for over twenty years, presented at dozens of workshops and seminars, and has a reputation of challenging his clients to put their children first, and his students and audiences to think more carefully, act more responsibly, and serve more
