SXT PluS

Classic Muscle-Car-Proportions combined with the latest in technology – that’s the new

Challenger. The SXT Plus features the iconic design of the early 70ies with modern

tech-nology as new automatc headlights with integrated halo daytime running lamps and LED

taillights or the new eight-speed automatic transmission and the Pentastar V6 engine.

ENGINE

The award-winning 3,6-Liter-Pentastar-V6 delivers massive

309 hp (227 kW) of power and a maximum of 363 newtonmeter

of torque. Its variable valve timing and the transmission make

the Challenger not only powerful but also ecological.

TRANSMISSION

The eight-speed automatic transmission was specially modified

to perfectly fit the V6. Not only, that it gives the Challenger wings,

it reduces the overall consumption dramatically.

FEATURES

Thanks to the new 8,4-Inch-Touchscreen-Display, everything

is in reach for the driver. The all digital cockpitdisplay is

sur-rounded by classic round gauges. A cockpit can hardly be more

CHALLENGER

R/T ScaT Pack

You can’t get closer to the iconic cars of the early 70ies than with the R/T Scat Pack. Its

naturally aspirated 6,4-liter-V8 will send shivers down your spine with its unique sound. The

Scat Pack version embodies american muscle car attributes best, as it combines a huge high

output engine with a high level of comfort.

ENGINE

492 hp (362 kW) and 644 newtonmeter of torque delivers the

naturally aspirated 6,4-liter-HEMI-V8. The numbers of R/T Scat

Packs engine are more than impressive and so are the

super-sportscar capabilities. The R/T Scat Pack accelerates from

0-100 km/h in just a little more than four seconds.

SCAT PACK APPEARANCE GROUP

The Appearance Group revives the looks of the original Scat

Pack models sold from 1968 to 1971 with Bumblebee Stripes and

a black gloss grille. In addition the group contains high

perfor-mance bucket seats, forged aluminum rims and HID-headlights.

The R/T Scat Pack features

4-Piston-High-Performance-Bra-kes with black painted callipers. They deliver enough stopping

The Challenger SRT® 392 is the top of the line engine when it comes to displacement.

SRT® optimised the 6,4-liter-HEMI-V8 as well as suspension, brakes and interior for

race-track use. The car delivers sound and performance alike. You will love it.

ENGINE

The SRT®-tuned 6,4-liter-HEMI-V8 delivers an impressive power

of 492 hp (362 kW) and a maximum torque of 644

newtonme-ters. There is massive power available anytime. The

perfor-mance is incredible: The Challenger SRT® 392 accelerates from

standstill to 100 km/h in just above four seconds.

EqUIPMENT

The Nappa-Leather-Sportseats with Alcantara seat inlays

deliver a high level of lateral support on the road and on

race-tracks. The racecar-appeal is further enhanced by the flat

bot-tom steering wheel and paddle shifters.

BRAKES

The SRT® 392 is standard equipped with

6-Piston-High-Perfor-mance-Brakes and red coloured callipers. The stopping power

The Challenger Hellcat is nothing less than the most powerful muscle-car ever built.

With its ground shaking 717 hp (527 kW),the Challenger knows no competitors. No way,

a coupe can be more impressive.

ENGINE

The incredible power of the 6,2-liter-HEMI-V8 ist developed by a

huge supercharger. 717 hp and a maximum of 881 newtonmeter

FUNCTIONAl hOOd SCOOP

The hood-scoop is more than just for show. It` s the only way,

to get enough air to the intakes. As an option, the hood is available

TWO KEYS

The Hellcat comes with two keys. The black one is meant for

every day driving, letting loose only 500 of the 717 hp. The red

instructions of the seller or its repre-sentative.

6. the claim number, the work carried out, the price of replacement parts with part numbers and the labour costs with approximate work values are to be indi-vidually listed on the repair invoice and quotation. the invoice must be submitted to mapfre Warranty within one month.

Art. 8 Guarantee claim:

claims shall only exist under this guaran-tee agreement if:

1. the maintenance, inspection and upkeep work to the vehicle prescribed by the manufacturer is carried out by the warrantor or a recognised specialist car workshop. an exceeding of up to 1000 km (manufacturer kilometre guideline) or one month (manufacturer time guideline) shall be disregarded, whereby exceed-ing one of the named guidelines shall prevent a guarantee entitlement.

2. no interferences or other influences take place in respect of the mileometer and a defect or exchange of the mile-ometer is notified to the insurer of the guarantee without delay, giving notice of the respective number of kilometres.

3. the recall measures of the manufac-turer are taken into account/taken notice of.

Art. 9 Scope of repair:

1. In case of a guarantee claim, the necessary and actual costs of the repairs carried out shall be refunded. the mate-rial costs under the guarantee shall be paid at the most in accordance with the nonbinding price recommendations of the manufacturer, on the basis of the proved operating performance of the damaged part at the time of occurrence of the damage, as follows (excess):

Up to 100.000 km - 100%

2. the labour costs under the guarantee shall be fully refunded in accordance with the approximate work values of the manufacturer up to a mileage of 100,000 km.

3. If the costs of repair exceed the value of a replacement unit as usually installed in case of such damage, the obligation to provide compensation shall be limited to the cost of the said replacement unit, including the costs of removal and instal-lation in accordance with points 1 and 2.

4. the maximum amount of compensa-tion to be provided under the guarantee shall be limited, in each case of damage, to the current value (dealer purchase

price) of the damaged vehicle at the time of occurrence of the guarantee claim.

Art. 10 Assignability:

1. In case of a change in ownership of the vehicle covered by the guarantee, the claims under the warranty shall be trans-ferred to the new owner, provided the change in ownership is notified to mapfre Warranty immediately, at the latest within 14 days. otherwise, the guarantee shall terminate

2. the guarantee shall terminate on sell-ing to a commercial reseller on the day of the sale.

Art. 11 Statute of limitation:

all entitlements under a guarantee claim shall expire six months after occurrence of the damage, however at the latest 6 months following expiry of the guarantee term.

Art. 12 Data protection:

the personal data of the warrantee con-tained in the guarantee application will be saved by mapfre asistencia, Johann-sebastian-Bach-str. 7, 85591 Vater-stetten, germany. the warrantor will forward your data to mapfre asistencia for the purpose of checking the applica-tion, contract processing and customer service, and the information will be processed and used by them.

1. Joint keeping of data and use:

I hereby give my consent that my data (information contained in the applica-tion, creditworthiness informaapplica-tion, data connected to the contract information) and the documents concerning me (for example, application and letters also in digital form) will be made, compared and used by mapfre asistencia with the companies of the mapfre group in joint data collections, to the extent that this is necessary for my respective contractual matters. I hereby give my consent that by means of the said jointly used systems, my data will be processed and used by the above-named companies for the purpose of application and creditworthi-ness checks, processing of the contract and customer service.

2. Customer information:

I hereby agree that my data will be used by the abovenamed companies in order to provide me with further offers. I hereby agree that my personal and product data will be used for advertising campaigns

of the mapfre group. the data will not be forwarded to other third parties for advertising purposes. I can revoke the permissions granted under this para-graph at any time by means of a separate notification to mapfre asistencia, german subsidiary with effect for the future.

Art. 1. Guarantee claim:

the warrantor (a&t) hereby grants you, the warrantee (purchaser), a new vehicle guarantee for the vehicle designated in the warranty agreement, which is insured by the mapfre asistencia insurance company, german subsidiary. the company is also tasked with processing guarantee claims.

Art. 2. Scope of coverage:

the guarantee covers loss of function in respect of the following components and parts:

1. Engine: engine block and all internal

parts connected to the oil circuit, timing belt with tension roller, timing chain with turnbuckle, motor cooler, oil pan, oil filter housing, oil pump, oil pressure switch, fly-wheel, drive pulley with sprocket, cylinder head, cylinder head covering.

2. Manual and automatic transmissions:

gearbox and all internal parts, including torque converter and steering device of the automatic transmission.

3. Axle drives: axle drive housing

(front-wheel, rear-wheel and allwheel drive), including all internal parts.

Art. 3 Area of applicability:

the guarantee shall apply in germany and the eU. In case of holidays and business trips of up to 10 weeks, the guarantee shall apply in the whole of europe in geographi-cal terms.

Art. 4 Term:

the guarantee shall begin on the day of delivery of the vehicle to the purchaser, however not prior to conclusion of the guarantee. the term of the guarantee is 24 month or up to 100.000 km, whatever it occurs first and shall be set out in the guarantee agreement.

Art. 5 Exclusions:

I. No guarantee shall exist in replace of damage which is, regardless of contribut-ing causes:

1. caused by accident, i.e. an incident that involves direct sudden mechanical force acting on the vehicle.

2. Due to wilful or malicious actions, misappropriation, in particular theft, unauthorised use, robbery or embezzle-ment, direct effects of damage by animals, storm, hail, stones, frost, corrosion, incur-sion of water, lightning strikes, earth-quakes or flooding, as well as scorching, fire or explosion.

3. Due to acts of war of any kind, riots, civil war, internal unrest, strike, lockout, seizure

or other state intervention, or nuclear energy.

4. the responsibility of a third party and whose correction is carried out at the goodwill of the manufacturer or which is due to a manufacturing or material defect which occurs in a large number in the respective vehicle (series defect) and for which the goodwill of the manufacturer comes into question as a rule according to type and frequency.

5. Due to participation in race meetings or associated practice races.

6. Due to the vehicle being exposed to axle or trailer loads which are greater than those set and permitted by the manufac-turer.

7. Due to the use of unsuitable operating materials or a lack of operating materials (lubricants, oils, cooling water, etc.) or due to overheating.

8. caused by changes to the original con-struction of the vehicle (such as tuning) or installation of non-original and acces-sory parts which are not permitted by the manufacturer.

9. caused by using an item which is recognisably in need of repair, unless the damage can be proved not to be con-nected with the need to repair or the part was at least temporarily repaired at the time of damage.

10. to vehicles which are at least tempo-rarily used to transport goods or persons for commercial purposes.

11. Has been caused intentionally or gross negligently, or in cases where it was at-tempted to fraudulently deceive in relation to facts which are significant in relation to the reason for or amount of compensa-tion.

12. If the guidelines of the manufacturer in the operating instructions/maintenance plan for operation of the vehicle are not complied with.

13. Damage to covered parts which can be proved to be a consequence of a defect in a non-covered part. no guarantee shall exist if consequential damage occurs to a non-insured part as a result of damage in respect of which compensation is to be paid. the consequential damage is not hereby insured.

14. caused to vehicles with alternative engines (apart from gas).

15. caused to parts which do not belong to the standard equipment and are not permitted by the manufacturer

II. The guarantee shall not cover: 1. parts which are not permitted by the manufacturer.

2. operating and auxiliary materials such as fuels, chemicals, filter elements, cold and frost protection fluids, hydraulic flu-ids, oils, fats and other lubricants.

3. costs of testing, measuring and adjust-ment work, unless in connection with damage in respect of which compensation is to be paid.

4. costs of indirect or direct consequential losses (towing way costs, parking fees, disposal costs, compensation for loss of use, freight costs, consequential damage to non-guaranteed parts, car rental costs, telephone and accommodation costs).

5. costs of maintenance and inspection, as well as the associated materials.

6. costs of seals, sleeve gaskets, shaft seals, hoses and pipelines, spark plugs and heater plugs, unless a contributing factor to damage in respect of which com-pensation is to be paid.

Art. 6 Statutory claims for material defects:

the statutory claims of the purchaser in respect of claims for material defects shall not be affected. the guarantee does not substantiate claims for rescission (annulment of the sales agreement) or reduction (decrease in the purchase price).

Art. 7 Processing of guarantee claims: 1. In case of damage, please contact your dealer immediately on becoming aware and prior to commencement of repair work or contact

and follow their instructions. In case of failure to comply with this obligation, the obligation to provide services shall be voided, regardless of whether the estab-lishment of the occurrence or extent of the guaranteed damage is made more difficult by this.

2. the repairs will be carried out by the seller, or should this not be possible (in case of stays abroad), by a suitable repair company which is a member of the map-fre service network (specialist car opera-tion) with the prior, express agreement of the seller or mapfre Warranty.

3. In order to determine the damage, we require information as well as permission to examine the damaged parts. replaced parts must be made available on request.

4. on request, we require a detailed writ-ten quotation, as well as original invoices as proof of the maintenance work carried out.

5. you are obliged to take measures to minimise the damage and to follow the
