Alexandre Rappaport

Born on 12.19.1973, in São Paulo, SP.

Graduated in Production Engineering - Mechanical Area from Universidade de São Paulo (Poli/USP). He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business - North Carolina, USA.

He began his career in April 1995 at Origin Technologies, where he remained until September 1997. From October 1997 to May 2005, he worked in companies Cap Gemini America, Bank of America Securities and American Express (USA). In June 2005 he joined Banco Bankpar S.A., current denomination of Banco American Express S.A., where, in June 2006, began to hold the position of Superintendent of Business Intelligence. In October 2008 he was transferred with the same position to Banco Bradesco Cartões S.A., being, in December 2009, elected Officer. In January 2014 he was elected Department Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A. In addition to these activities, he is Officer of Banco Bradescard S.A., of Bankpar Brasil Ltda., of Ibi Corretora de Seguros Ltda. and of MPO - Processadora de Pagamentos Móveis S.A. He is Sitting Member of the Board of Directors of Cielo S.A. and of Companhia Brasileira de Soluções e Serviços, Member of the Board of Directors of Elo Serviços S.A., Deputy Member of the Board of Directors of Crediare S.A. - Crédito, Financiamentos e Investimento, of Fidelity Processadora e Serviços S.A. and of Leader S.A. Amilton Nieto

Graduated in Electrical Tecnology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with post-graduation “Lato Sensu” in Business Administration, Center of Human Resources - Concentration from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de São Paulo - Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FACESP-FECAP), MBA in Controllership from FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuárias e Financeiras (FEA-USP) and Advanced Management Program – Bradesco, from Fundação Dom Cabral.

He began his career in August 1982, at Banco Bradesco S.A as a Technician in the Maintenance Department. In May 1992, he became Technical Manager B and was transferred to the Equity Department in December 1995. In March 2002 he was promoted to the position of Department Manager and in October 2005, he became Executive Superintendent. In December 2009, he was elected Department Officer.

He is Member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body.

André Bernardino da Cruz Filho

Born on 6.11.1959, in João Pessoa, PB.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista – UNIP, with post-graduation “Lato Sensu” in International Relations from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado - FAAP.

In March 1996, he was admitted as Executive General Manager at Banco Alvorada S.A., current designation of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A. In September 2003, he was transferred to Banco Bradesco S.A. as Department Manager of the Share and Custody Department. In April 2008, he was promoted to the position of Executive General Manager and, in December 2009, he was elected Department Officer.

He is Member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also Officer of BEM - Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda and of BEC - Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda.

Besides these activities, he is Chairman of the Regulation and Best Practices Council for Qualified Services to the Capital Market of ANBIMA - Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiro e de Capitais.

Antonio Carlos Melhado

Graduated in Business Administration from FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas.

He began his career in April 1997, at Banco Excel Econômico S.A., a financial institution acquired by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A., currently known as Banco Alvorada S.A. In September 2003, he was transferred to Banco Bradesco S.A. as Manager of the Methods and Organization Department. In August 2008, he was promoted to the position of Executive General Manager and, in October 2008, he became responsible for the IT Governance Area. In August 2010, he was elected Officer, responsible for the Centralized Services Department and, in June 2011, elected Department Officer.

He is member of the Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also Deputy Member of the Board of Directors of Câmara Interbancária de Pagamentos – CIP.

Antonio José da Barbara

Graduated in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Anhanguera de São Paulo (Ibero-Americano), with Post-Graduation “Lato Sensu” in Financial Management from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado – FECAP.

He started his career at Banco Bradesco S.A. in June 1984. In May 2009, he was elected as Officer, responsible for the General Secretariat, and, in December of the same year, he became Department Officer.

He is Member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also Sitting Member of the Fiscal Council of Top Clube Bradesco, Segurança, Educação e Assistência Social.

He was Sitting Member of the Fiscal Council of Bradespar S.A.; Deputy Member of the Fiscal Council of Boavista Prev – Fundo de Pensão Multipatrocinado, of Vale S.A. and of Cielo S.A.; General Secretary Officer of Caixa Beneficente dos Funcionários do Bradesco; and Officer of NCD Participações Ltda.

Arnaldo Nissental

Born on 3.19.1956, in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Gama Filho University, with an Executive MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração FIA (FEA-USP) and an MBA in Marketing from Madia Marketing School and Extension Courses held at Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and University of California - Berkeley.

In September 1998, he joined the Marketing Department of Banco Bradesco S.A. as a Product Manager. In November 2001, he was transferred to Bradesco Seguros S.A. and appointed as an Executive General Manager. In June 2004, he went back to Bradesco and, in December 2009, he was elected Department Officer, in charge of the Department for Relationship with Clients.

Aurélio Guido Pagani

Born on 3.7.1960, in Jacarezinho, PR.

Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade São Francisco with an MBA in Financial Management and Corporate Strategies from Fundação Getulio Vargas.

He began his career at Banco Bradesco S.A. in February 1979. In November 1991 was promoted to the position of Branch Manager. In August 2001, he was elected Officer, and in August 2010, he was elected as Department Officer, responsible for the Bradesco Prime Department. In January 2012, he became responsible for the Bradesco Retail Department.

He is member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also Sitting Representative of the Fórum Permanente das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte.

He was Vice President of the Sindicato dos Bancos no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina, Officer 2nd Vice President of the Associação dos Bancos no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, Sitting Officer of the Associação dos Bancos dos Estados do Pará, Amapá, Amazonas e Acre, and Deputy Commissioner representing the Union of Banks with the Federação Nacional dos Bancos (FENABAN).

Bruno D’Avila Melo Boetger

Born on 6.17.1967, in Rio de janeiro, RJ.

Graduated in Business Administration from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo of the Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV/EAESP. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration - Concentration in Finance from Universidade de Cornell - Johnson Graduate School of Management - Ithaca, New York and Senior Executive Program - Strategy, Leadership and Transformation by London Business School - Executive Education - London, England.

He began his career in 1994 at Citicorp Securities Inc., in New York (USA), where he remained until 1996. From 1997 to March 2007 he worked at the companies Salomon Brothers Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (USA), and Salomon Smith Barney Representações Ltda. In April 2007 he joined Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. with the position of Executive Superintendent and, in April 2008, he was elected Officer, remaining until March 2012.

From August 2011 to January 2014, also worked at Banco Bradesco S.A. as General Manager in the Branch of New York (USA), being, in this last year, elected Department Officer.

In addition to these activities, he is Chief Executive Officer of Bradesco North America LLC (USA).

Cassiano Ricardo Scarpelli

Graduated in Economics from Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas e Administrativas de Osasco – FEAO and International Executive Program at Queen`s School of Business – Queen`s Executive Program, in Ontario, Canada.

He started his career at Bradesco Organization in June 1984, as Attendant in the Stock and Custody Department. In May 1990, he was transferred to the Budget and Control Department and, later, to the Capital Markets Department, where he became Executive Superintendent. In July 2003 he became responsible for the Stock and Custody Department, holding the position Executive Superintendent, being, in March 2007, elected Department Officer. In December 2009, he became responsible for the Treasury Department.

He is member of the Managing Body of Fundação Bradesco.

Clayton Camacho

He participated in the Continuous Education Program in Corporate Finance Focused on Value Generation from Fundação Getulio Vargas - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - FGV-EAESP, and of the Advanced Management Program – Bradesco from Fundação Dom Cabral and FDC and Advanced Management Program from IESE - University of Navarra.

He began his career, in June 1982, as bookkeeper at Mogi das Cruzes Branch – SP, Centro. In January 1985 he was transferred to the Legal Department as Lawyer, where he later became a General Manager and then Executive Superintendent. In March 2005 he was elected Department Officer in charge of the said Department. He is a member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body, and Sitting Member of the Fiscal Council of Top Club Bradesco, Segurança, Educação e Assistência Social.

Diaulas Morize Vieira Marcondes Junior

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia - IMT - Escola de Engenharia Mauá - EEM, with Specialization in Industrial Management from Fundação Carlos Alberto Vanzolini - POLI/USP, Executive MBA in Finance - Focused in Finance from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and an MBA In Company – “Banking Business” from Fundação Getulio Vargas – Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - FGV/EAESP.

In October 1990, he was admitted as General Manager at Banco Cidade S.A., an institution that became part of Bradesco Organization in 2002. In June 2002, he was transferred to Banco BCN S.A. as Superintendent, and in September 2002, he started to held the position of Regional Manager. In March 2004, with the merger of BCN, he joined the staff of Banco Bradesco S.A. as Regional Manager. In January 2009, he was promoted to Executive Superintendent of the Bradesco Retail Department. In December 2009, he was elected Regional Officer and, in January 2012, as Department Officer.

He is member of Managing Body of Fundação Bradesco.

Edilson Wiggers

Born on 8.3.1968, in Manoel Ribas, PR. Secondary education.

He started his career in November 1986 at Banco Econômico S.A., a financial institution acquired by Banco Excel Econômico S.A. and, later, by Banco Bilbao Viscaya Argentaria Brasil S.A., current name of Banco Alvorada S.A., in which he reached the position of Executive General Manager of Branches. In September

2003, he was transferred to Banco Bradesco S.A., carrying out his functions at the Methods and Organization Department. In August 2010, he was elected as an Officer and in June 2011, Department Officer.

He is member of the Managing Body of Fundação Bradesco.

Eurico Ramos Fabri

Born on 9.29.1972, in Resende, RJ.

Graduated in Economic Sciences from UNICAMP – Universidade Estadual de Campinas, with an Executive MBA in Finance from Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, Executive STC from Fundação Dom Cabral in partnership with Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School – Boston - USA.

He started, in February 2008, as Banco Finasa S.A.’s Officer, a financial institution incorporated by Banco Finasa BMC S.A., current Banco Bradesco Financiamentos S.A., remaining in this position until December 2009. In December 2010, he was elected Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A. and, in January 2012, as Department Officer.

He was Officer of Finasa Promotora de Vendas Ltda. from July 2008 to April 2011.

Fernando Antônio Tenório

Born on 6.13.1961, in Bom Conselho, PE.

Graduated in Administration from Associação Educacional UNYAHNA. He participated in the PGA – Advanced Management Program, provided by Fundação Dom Cabral, and in AMP - Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School - University of Navarra, São Paulo.

He began his career at Banco Bradesco S.A. in January 1980, where he reached the position of Manager. In February 2000, he was transferred to Banco Baneb S.A., a financial institution acquired by Bradesco, holding the position of Superintendent. In July 2002 he returned to Bradesco, as Regional Manager. In March 2005 he was elected Regional Officer, changing the name of the position to Officer in 2008, and from January to November 2009 he held the position of Individual Officer. In December 2009 he was indicated as Officer of Bradesco Administradora de Consórcios Ltda., acting in this position until September 2012, when he was elected Department Officer of Banco Bradesco S.A., position currently held.

He is Member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also President of Associação dos Bancos do Estado da Bahia.

Frederico William Wolf

In January 2014 he was elected Department Officer.

João Albino Winkelmann

Born on 5.14.1963, in Taquari, RS. High School graduate.

He began his career at Banco Bradesco S.A. in January 1982 as Bookkeeper in the Foreign Exchange Department. In March 1992, he became Manager at the Grand Cayman and New York Branches, returning to Brazil in February 2003, as Manager of the Foreign Exchange Department. In December of the same year, he was transferred to Bradesco Private Banking Department, being, in March 2005, promoted to the position of Executive Superintendent. He was elected Department Officer in December 2009.

He is also Member of the Regulation and Best Practices Council for Private Banking Activity at the Domestic Market of ANBIMA - Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association.

João Carlos Gomes da Silva

Born on 1.20.1961, in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, SP.

Graduated in Accounting from Faculdade de Administração e Economia – FAE, with MBA in Business Management and Executive MBA (distance learning) in Business Administration - Focused on Banking from Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV.

In June 1981, he began his career at Banco Bradesco S.A. as Bookkeeper. In May 1992, he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager and, in April 2004, he became Regional Manager. In December 2009, he was elected Regional Officer and, in January 2012, Department Officer.

He is member of the Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body.

He is also Sectorial Officer of Banking Services of the Brazilian Federation of Banks (FEBRABAN).

Joel Antonio Scalabrini

Born on 6.30.1959, in Tupi Paulista, SP.

Graduated in Law from UNIFIEO - Centro Universitário FIEO.

He began his career in August 1974, at Banco Bradesco S.A. In September 2009, he was promoted to the position of Executive Superintendent and in June 2011, he was elected Department Officer.

Johan Albino Ribeiro

Graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo – USP, with specialization in Administration for Graduates in Accounting and Financial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas - FGV-EAESP.

In May 1999 he joined Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A., currently known as Banco Alvorada S.A., where held the position of Legal Vice-President. Octavio Manoel Rodrigues de Barros

Graduated in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ, and master and PhD degrees Abroad.

He began his career in 1976 at Marplan – Instituto de Pesquisa de Mercado (Market Research Institute). In 1977, as an economist, he worked for Fiat Automóveis until 1982. From 1982 to 1987 he studied in France and got his master and PhD degrees from University of Paris-X. Returning to Brazil, he worked as Economics professor at Universidade de Campinas - UNICAMP until 1994. He worked for the Ministry of Finance. Subsequently, he was responsible for economy advisory services of the Planning Secretariat of the State of São Paulo. In 1989, he was elected Vice President of the Regional Economy Council of São Paulo and, later, he assumed the presidency. As an economist licensed by FUNDAP in 1991, he was authorized to work as visiting fellow at the OECD – Organização para o Desenvolvimento Econômico (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) in Paris, France. In 1993, he worked as advisor of the Economy Department BNDES – Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (National Bank for Economic and Social Development) by means of the UNDP - United Nations Development Program. With researches in balance of payments and international financing areas, he was an economist invited by the Brazilian Central Bank, under the coordination of the Foreign Department’s Officer. From 1994 to 1998, he was the Technical Officer of SOBEET – Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos de Empresas Transnacionais e da Globalização Econômica (Brazilian Association of the Transnational Companies and the Economic Globalization Studies) (academic research institute), holding currently the position of Sitting Member of the Advisory Council. In 1994, he assumed the head of the International Financial Operations of CESP – Companhia Energética de São Paulo (São Paulo Energetic Company). Subsequently, he became the General Coordinator of the Presidency of Comgás. In 1999, he was Technical Officer (Chief Economist) of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A. In 2001 held the position of Economy Sectorial Officer of Federação Paulista de Bancos - FEBRABAN (Brazilian Banking Federation), position he held until 2005. As Bradesco acquired BBV, he became an Executive Superintendent (Chief Economist) of DEPEC Departamento de Pesquisas e Estudos Econômicos (Department of Research and Economy Studies) of Banco Bradesco S.A. On June 27, 2005, he was elected Department Officer.

He is Member of Fundação Bradesco’s Managing Body. He is also Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Chamber of Commerce France-Brazil and Officer of the Corporate Council Brazil-China.

He takes part in various economy councils, among which we point out the one of FIESP, of FUNCEX and of the Brazilian Economists Association.

He is Officer-First Treasurer of Banks Association of the States of Rio Grande do Sul, in which he previously held the position of Officer-First Secretary; Vice President, as treasurer of the Banks Union of the States of Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina and as Deputy Commissioner representing with the National Federation of Banks (FENABAN).

Geraldo Dias Pacheco
