The concept of the annual staff appraisal and the

preparation sheet was developed under the leadership of

Dr Martha Sebök, Vice-Rector for Human Resources and

the Advancement of Women, in the period from May to

October 2005. The working group was composed of

representatives of the management of the University of

Vienna and internal university experts:

(Vice-) Deans and heads of the service-provision units,

(junior) academics, members of the office of the Rectorate

and of Human Resources Development as well as

representatives of the Works Council for General and for

Academic University Staff.
