The Project is located at Raslaffan Industrial Area (RLIC) in which the Scope of Work comprises of Steel Structure, Foundation, Masonry, Plastering, Screeding, Tile Works, Gypsum Partitions, Gypsum Ceiling, Fire Rated Doors & Windows; Roll up Shutters, Painting Works & MEP. 2. Labour Accommodation Setup in Shahaniyah Camp for 480 workers:

Setup of accommodations for 480 workers in Shahniyah including the boundary wall, gates and ablution units for Tedeschia Construction Company.

3. Qatar Building Company (QBC) Security Fencing Work:

The work comprises of enclosing the Perimeter Area of newly constructed Pumping Mains and Substation Buildings to secure the area with possible intruders using the Chain link Fence System with single crank member having 3 lines of barbed wire on top including 2 Assembly of 6.0 Meter Wide Double Leaf Gate.

4. Supply & Installation of Pre Cast Pipe Support Foundation

For Doha Petroleum Company “DOPET” Under DOLPHIN ENERGY PROJECT

The Work includes Shuttering, Reinforce Bar Assembly, Concreting, Fabrication & Installation of Steel Support Structure along with Base Plates and Anchor Bolts prior to Casting of Concrete.

5. Setup Labour Accommodation at Umm Salal

Setup of accommodations for workers and for rentals in Umm Salal including the Chainlink Fence System, gates and ablution units for our Company.

6. Construction of Villa at Al Shamal

All Included: Civil Works, Electrical, AC Lines Water, Plumbing, Telephone Conduits, & Painting Works.

The project site located at the Municipality of Al Shamal which includes Villa, Guard Room, Boundary Wall with Decorative Grills and Servants Rooms.

7. Al Udeid Air Base BPC Area Security Fencing Work:

The work comprises 1800 linear meter of Chain link Fencing Works which includes 2 numbers of Double Leaf Swing Gate assembly 6.0 Meters Wide & 1.94 Mtr. High and all footing shall be pre cast concrete.

8. Borehole Drilling Works at Umm Salal Pumping Station

It includes 18 Nos. of Deep Borehole Drilling ranges from 42 – 45 Meters Depth including the installation of PVC Sleeves.

9. Site Office Porta Cabin Facilities Set up at 9000 Area Al Udeid

Air Base Project.

Fabrication, supply and installation of 12 Nos. Standard Porta Cabin Offices interconnected, inside Al Udeid Air Base For Qatari Arabian Construction Company.
