OHS ACADEMY cc is officially 10 YEARS in business with the Head Office is based in Witbank (Emalahleni) with a branch in Roodepoort (Gauteng) and satellite campuses in Rustenburg and Nelspruit. Our core business is to provide a SHERQ consulting and Occupational Health & Safety training service to all sectors of industry..

Our integrated management system is based in ISO 9001/4, ISO 14001/4 and OHSAS 18001/2. This system also includes a contractor’s pack ready for implementation by contracting companies for projects at hand.

We have qualified staff specialising in the implementation of the integrated SHERQ management system. Our existing training programs contain information that is of highest quality and covers a wide range of topics set out in our profile hereunder. OHS Academy now also provide HR and IR related training in joint venture with GP MANAGEMENT

The OHS Academy Witbank Campus is located on the corner of OR Tambo and Beatrix Avenue in Emalahleni (Witbank).We share a very neat campus with Centurion Academy and provide ample safe parking available at all times. We are a level 4 BEE service provider. Service agreements are available to all our existing and new clients with the aim to

build long term relationships. We are a level 4 BEE service provider.

Accreditation was granted to Cheetah Systems CC on the 30 November 2005 after all our systems were evaluated and found to comply with the requirements set by SAQA and the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA). A new Company (Shemasa) was established and is now trading as OHS Academy which was granted

full accreditation during 2012. Accreditation Number: HW591PA125464

PLEASE NOTE:

We have fixed dates for various courses to accommodate smaller groups but can schedule suitable dates for groups of 6 or more. We can have the training done at our academy or alternatively we can do on-site training should you have a suitable venue for the delegates and our facilitator.

Any on-site training must be arranged at least 3 days prior to the training date. Travelling applicable outside a 50km radius from Witbank. Saturday training can also be arranged at least a week in advance and an additional fee of R1500 will be charged above the unit prices. All classes starts at 08:00 daily at the academy and we provide refreshments and lunch where applicable at the academy.

Students to bring ID documents of clear copies thereof as no certificates will be issued without the ID. A fully completed Company Registration form will ensure your booking and availability of the course.
