Responsibility of the credit card holder

1.1.

Check of the monthly credit card statement

The monthly invoices will be forwarded automatically to the cardholder by email as a pdf-file to control the correctness. The cardholder has to check the listed transactions and to ensure that the various original sales slip (e.g. a taxi receipts) will be submitted with the travel expense report. The monthly statement itself remains with the cardholder.

If the statement is to send to another email address as the one of the cardholder, the desired setting have to be sent by email to the department CardService (mail to: cardservices@rbinternational.com, LN: cardservices). In this case the cardholder must be informed of the changes.

Cardtheft and -loss

In case of loss or theft of the creditcard, please contact card complete Service bank AG immediately. The card blockade may be reported alternative under the following telephone numbers:

2.

General Information for credit cards

2.1.

yearly subscription fee

Visa-Classic-Cards:

The employee makes an annual business spending of at least Euro 1.000,-- From this level of revenue the Visa-Classic-card is free of charge for RZB/RBI. If the minimum annual turnover of Euro 1.000,-- is not reached, the fee for this card (Euro 13,81) will be debited on the Visa.account.

Visa-Gold-Cards

The employee makes an annual business spending of at least Euro 6.000,-- From this level of revenue the Visa-Gold-card is free of charge for RZB/RBI. If the minimum annual turnover is between Euro 6.000,-- and 3.000,-- the card fee of Euro 40,-- will be debited on the Visa account. If the annual turnover is below Euro 3.000,-- the card fee of Euro 85,-- will be charged.

2.2.

Cardlimit

For Visa-Classic-cards the default cardlimit is Euro 3.000,--.

For Visa-Gold-cards a default cardlimit of Euro 7.500,-- will be saved.

The a.m. amounts (per cardtype) are minimum amounts. An increase of the cardlimit must be authorized by the respective area manager (Bereichlsleiter)

2.3.

Cardnumber (PAN) & Check digit (CVV2)

The 16 digit card number(PAN) is located on the front of the credit card.

Occasionally the cardholder will be asked for the CVV2 code. This 3 digit combination is individually per Visa Card (shown on the backside of the card in signature field) and saves to ensure that the cardholder is in possession of the card in “Fernabsatzgeschäft” (ecommerce transactions).

2.4.

Exchange rate in foreign sales

If a card was used abroad, the amount will be converted to Euro (date of receipt of the transaction at the card company). This exchange rate will be formed by card complete Service Bank AG.

Travel insurance for Visa cardholders

3.1.

When does insurance cover apply?

Visa-insurance package

If not more than 2 months have elapsed since the last use of the Visa card. Accident involving transport services coverage

Insurance covering accidents involving transport services by licensed scheduled carrier or rented vehicles. Disablement or death resulting from an accident while travelling is insured.

Cover begins when you leave your home (primary or secondary residence) to embark directly on a journey to a destination outside your place of residence. It ends when you return to your home.

Trips between your primary and secondary residences and trips from your place of residence to your workplace are not considered ”journeys“ under the terms and conditions of the Visa travel insurance.

If you temporarily move your habitual residence to another place within Austria or abroad, the new, temporary place of residence is considered the place of residence under the terms and conditions of

Visa Travel insurance

Luggage insurance including camping risks up to Euro 1.820,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 2.500,-- for Gold Cards

Luggage delay up to a value not exceeding EUR 220,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 250,-- for Gold Cards Flight delay up to EUR 110,-- per incident for Classic Cards and EUR 250,-- for Gold Cards

Motor vehicle recovery up to EUR 220,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 250,-- for Gold Cards Ski breakage up to EUR 220,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 250,-- for Gold Cards

3.2.2.

Accident and medical treatment coverage

Accident coverage in the event of permanent disability EUR 72.700,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 100.000,-for Gold Cards

Accident coverage in the event of death EUR 14.550,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 20.000,-- for Gold Cards Medical treatment and transport by air ambulance up to 100%

Worldwide transport by air ambulance Primary Rescue Operations by helicopter Medical treatment

3.2.3.

Personal liability coverage

Up to Euro 726.750,-- for personal injury and damage to property, with the amount covering damage to rented property not exceeding Euro 21,810,-- for Classic Cards.

Up to Euro 750.000,-- for personal injury and damage to property, with the amount covering damage to rented property not exceeding Euro 25.000,-- for Gold Cards.

3.2.4.

Accident involving transport services coverage

For permanet disability up to EUR 152.650,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 260.000,-- for Gold Cards In the event of death up to EUR 152.650,-- for Classic Cards and EUR 260.000,-- for Gold Cards

3.2.5.

additional insurance cover

It is possible to expand the insurance cover, e.g. to double the amounts of the cover.

It is also possible to expand the luggage insurance to cover luggage stored in a locked motor vehicle (with the exception of valuables) between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. and for journeys that are interrupted for longer than 2 hours.
