UNIVERSITY OF MOBILE SCHOOL OF NURSING RN ADMISSION ASSESSMENT EXAM REQUIREMENT General Information

The Evolve RN Admission Assessment with Critical Thinking Exam, also know as HESI A2, is a pre-requisite for the Baccalaureate Degree nursing programs at the University of Mobile. All students must take the exam to be considered for the nursing program; there are no exemptions or substitutions, nor can other test scores be accepted to meet this requirement.

The University of Mobile School of Nursing has selected the HESI A2 examination because it is specifically written as a nursing school entrance exam and has research, which correlates performance on this exam with nursing school success. It is our desire to select students who have the most potential for success with nursing school content areas.
