TEMPORARY BUDGET - 2021

WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:4-19 provides that, where any contract, commitments or payments are to be made prior to the final adoption of the 2021 Budget of the County, temporary appropriations shall be made for the purposes and in the amounts required in the manner and time provided, and

WHEREAS, the date of adoption of the resolution is within the first thirty (30) days of January 2021, and

WHEREAS, 26.25% of the total appropriation in the 2020 budget of the County of Atlantic, exclusive of any appropriations made for Debt Service, Capital Improvement Fund and Public Assistance in the said 2021 Budget is the amount of $57,576,518.09.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic that the following temporary appropriations be made for the purposes hereto state and for amount shown.

WHEREAS, pursuant to an act of the Legislature of the State of New Jersey entitled "An act to amend an act entitled "A further supplement to an act entitled "An act concerning counties, approved March 4, 1918, approved March 21, 1932, approved April 6, 1933, being Chapter 88 of the laws of 1933," it is the duty of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic to designate the County depository or depositories wherein shall be kept all public monies of the County of Atlantic:

WHEREAS, pursuant to NJSA 40A:5-14 an act in order to set forth the basis for the deposit and investment of certain public funds of the County of Atlantic, it is the duty of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic to adopt a Cash

Management Plan and deposit all funds pursuant to that plan:
