We fully comply with the guidelines of competent health authorities and have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
Guests are requested to take self-protective measures and adhere to the Covid-19 relevant house rules to minimize any exposure to the virus.

Beach and pool disinfection . Safe distancing between sunbeds. Water quality controls.
Gym operates with limited capacity, by appointment.
Sanitization after each use.
Daily deep disinfection with steam cleaner.
Oriental Spa operates with 50% capacity. 30 minute gaps between sessions for disinfection.
Entertainment available only outdoors and with PPE, physical
distancing rules.
Shopping area, maximum capacity according to available space of particular store.
Monitored operation of kids playground with health protocol.
Measures at designated outdoor areas.
Pools And Beach
• In addition to the use of chlorine, pools water will be disinfected regularly by using UV light technology. Daily water quality controls. Safe distancing between sunbeds and sun loungers.
• Guest are required to use only the sanitized beach towels provided by staff.
Oriental Spa
• Operating at 50% capacity with 1 person per treatment cabin. Wet areas, such as steam bath and sauna and indoor pools will not operate. 30 minute gaps between sessions to allow deep cleaning and sanitization.
Sports & Activities
• Gym operates with limited capacity, by appointment. Daily deep disinfection with aerial surface disinfection machine.
• Sanitization stations are available for all guests. Gym will be sanitized after each use.
• Volley, beach volley and tennis will operate with limited capacity and all health protocols applied.
Kids Club
• Kids club will remain closed. Kids playground will operate, at a reduced capacity to ensure adequate space and only outdoors.
Shopping Area
• Maximum number of guests in each shop at any time is dependent on each shop’s available space.
• Queueing and appropriate social distancing measures are applied.

Check-out in advance is available – bills prepaid without physical contact.
Hands-free sanitization stations with PPE, such as masks, gloves and disinfectant wipes are located at reception.

• Regular elevator disinfection using plasma aerial surface disinfection system, certified by Otis.
Buttons sanitized every 2 ours.
Hand sanitizers available outside elevators.
• Staff is fully trained to use of personal protective equipment.
• All of our staff is regularly examined for medical purposes.
• They have already been examined for the certain Covid-19 disease.
