PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a telephonic hearing will be held before the

Honorable Alan S. Trust, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge, on November 9, 2020 at

11:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern

District of New York (“Bankruptcy Court”), or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard to consider the applications (“Applications”) 1 for first interim allowance of compensation for

professionals for services rendered and for reimbursement of expenses for the period April 30, 2020, the date the above-captioned case was commenced, through August 31, 2020 as follows:

1 Pursuant to an Order of the Bankruptcy Court dated September 2, 2020 [Dkt. No. 340], the Debtors’ were authorized to pay sixty-five (65%) percent of fees and one hundred (100%) percent of expenses to Professionals for Fees and Expenses incurred through July 15, 2020; and pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of the Bankruptcy Code the Debtors were further authorized to pay professionals (80%) of Fees and (100%) of Expenses for fees incurred for the period through August 31, 2020, subject to further Order of the Court.
