The Company is currently looking to recruit Dedicated, Serious – minded and Self – motivated people to fill the below positions;

1.0 Sales & Marketing Officer (1 post) Report to: The Managing Director Qualifications

 University degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business studies, with at least 2 years of experience in related field

 Must be conversant with various IT related issues, Services and Products  Ability to produce results and meet sales & marketing targets

 Good command on both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages  Creative, outgoing, a quick learner and a team player

 Strong and confident communicator.

 Design skills including graphics and web design.

 Able to work under pressure and in different environments

Job Descriptions

 Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion

 Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed

 Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers

 Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.

 Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan  Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

 Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.

 Regularly update Company’s website with latest news related to the

Company.

 Prepare sales proposals for clients

 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision making by Management.

 Any other duties as assigned by the Management

2.0 Graphics Designer (1 post)

Report to: The Managing Director Qualifications

 Degree or Diploma in Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design and / Webpage Design

 At least 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer (Portfolio of work done is essential)

 Knowledge and experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, PageMaker, Acrobat Professional and QuarkXPress

 Experience with both PC and Apple

 Artistic creativity, innovative thinking, flexibility and adaptability  Good command of English and Kiswahili

 Communication and presentation skills

 Ability to work under pressure and long hours as required

Job Descriptions

 Create graphic design products for visual communication materials such as magazines, annual reports, product catalogues, calendars, etc.

 Work with marketing team to ensure good client relations

 Meet with clients to discuss objectives, requirements and cost factors  Create samples, dummies, mock-ups and present to clients for approval  Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts

 Proofread final designs for accuracy and quality

 Work on layouts and art work to ensure readiness to print

 work with the Print Machine Operator for quality assurance of the approved final product

3.0 Network and Security Engineer (1 post) Report to: The Managing Director Qualifications

 Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and current Cisco Certifications (CCNP/CCIE) and Security Certification preferred.

 Experience in QOS, Wireless and VOIP both implementation and support  Professional knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers, Exchange, Oracle

 Cisco Unified Communication Manager configuration and infrastructure a plus.

 Deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol

 Experience in security standards and security controls

 Experience in troubleshooting/supporting wireless technologies  F5 and Firewall experience

 Cisco Switching

 Cisco Routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS)  Data Center Operations

 Packet capture and analysis

 Performance analysis and troubleshooting

 Eager to work in a collaborative, team environment.

 Able and willing to do critical strategy work all the way through hands on implementation.

Job Descriptions

 Provide technical support to clients on problems related to Networks and related services both on telephone as well as on site.

 Create and implement viable solutions, follow through to ensure problem is resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

 Ensure that no trouble ticket or clients complain remains pending and present a thorough daily, weekly and Monthly customer service reports to the

Management.

 Drive the design and deployment of new installations of network systems at multiple locations

 Design and implement high performance, WAN/LAN/SAN infrastructure  Support production operations environment including multiple servers,

networking, batch processing, backup and related activities.

 Employ innovative thought and automation to improve productivity, workflow, and technology deployment

 Identify and evaluate new technology

 Troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues  Find and improve performance issues

 Work closely with other parts of the business to identify areas of high opportunity  Configure and setup Cisco Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and Security

appliances for access to vital business applications

 Design, setup and configure complex switching environments

 Design, setup and configure complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications

 Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking

 Configuring and installing client and server network software for upgrading and maintaining network and telecommunication systems

 Maintaining multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance with both private and public facilities

 Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support

 Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.

 Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.

 Takes lead on complex investigating both internal and external frauds and/or forgery cases and documenting and maintaining case files on investigations  Liaison with and files police reports and following up with local and federal law

enforcement on open investigations

 Coordinates / Reviews and documents annual branch security surveys

 Maintaining liaison within the market to which they are assigned with Federal and local Law Enforcement and security vendors

 Coordinating physical security projects

 First responder for crisis situations in the market to which they are assigned  Periodic branch reviews to insure that security standards are being followed  Provide periodic security training to branch and market personnel

4.0 Web Developer (1 post)

 Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or Multimedia  2 – 3 years, experience as a Webmaster

 Experience with WordPress

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and jQuery  Knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop

 Willingness to learn, autonomy, creativity and attention to detail  Good time management and prioritizing

 Professional demeanor; team player orientation  Motivated to work in a growing technology firm

 Experience with object-oriented programming is a bonus  Experience with mobile platforms is a bonus.

Job Descriptions

 Install and configure content management systems (WordPress)  Slice design source files to transform them into functional web pages  Program dynamic code (PHP & jQuery)

 Integrate and update content

 Write light, reusable and well-commented code based on W3C Standards  Control quality and verify that all web pages appear correctly on the majority of

web browsers and platforms.

 Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

5.0 Assistant Accountant (1 post) Report to: The Managing Director Qualifications

 Advanced Diploma or Diploma in accountancy preferably Intermediate level (Module D) from NBAA.

 Working experience of not less than three (3) years in a known organization.  Good Knowledge in basic mathematics

 Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain effective working relationships.

 Knowledge of using spreadsheets and database software.

 Must have Computer knowledge - Extensive technical knowledge on various software, hardware and networks. (Familiarity with MS office and Oracle)  Ability to record financial information and create consolidated financial

statements.

 Have a working knowledge of production accounting software, general computer literacy and the ability to work in a team.

 Must be able to produce financial statements in a computerized system on monthly, quarterly and annual basis accounts.

 Knowledge of new automated systems of accounting a plus.

 Should be highly organized and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Descriptions

 Put together details of daily income/sales and perform daily journal entry

 Verify daily deposits of sales receipts and make sure they correctly entered into the book.

 Prepare the monthly bank reconciliations  Prepare authorized refund vouchers  Compile reports on monthly basis  Check out and collect returned items  Maintain account of returned check  Maintain chargeback account

 Maintaining accurate spreadsheets

 Checking employee payments including salary, commission bonus etc.  Controlling the credit of the business

 Working with and maintaining sales and purchase ledgers  Handling insurance and tax returns and posting journals  Managing the accountants office

 Preparing statutory accounts

 Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

6.0 ICT Instructors (2 posts)

 Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Computer related field.  1 – 2 year teaching experience, in ICT related subjects

 Fluency in English, both written and spoken

 Extensive technical knowledge on various software, hardware, database systems, multimedia and networks.

 Ability to work under pressure and long hours as required.

Job Descriptions

 Conduct training / teaching to ICT short courses students

 Develop and present lessons, provide directions to students, follow through by observing and/or recording performance and progress.

 Design record sheets for the programs being used.  Maintain record of yearly curriculum.

 Maintain disciplined behavior in the Computer Lab, enforcing rules and regulations of the Computer Lab.

 Troubleshoot minor repairs on Computer Lab equipment.  Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
