Please type in your answers on the online application, print out, and turn in completed application to guidance or Mr. Taylor. Do not check these programs on your sheet or include them in your 14 check marks. Just circle the program you are applying for on your sheet.
If you get into Academy of Finance, I will need to put you in a yearlong course called Entrepreneurship. I will need to drop a year long elective or 2 one semester electives in order to do this. Make sure you circle the course(s) you want me to drop if trying to get into this program.
If you are trying for the Sports Medicine, this will take up 2 periods a day during the 1st semester. Make sure you circle two one semester electives for me to take out in order to put you in this program.
If you are trying for Culinary Arts, this will take up 2 periods a day all year. Circle 2 yearlong classes or a combination of a year long and one semester classes for me to take out in order to put you in this program.
The important point here is to make sure you circle the classes you want dropped if you get into a program
