Cadence Order Management provides multiple ways to capture and process orders including electronic orders (EDI), Web Order-entry, EDI, and interface to ERP and other business systems. Based on Web Services, this sophisticated order manager builds customer-specific electronic catalogs from SKUs in the warehouse inventory system.
It is a standard system which can be flexibly implemented to accommodate different order handling practices, within a single business. It was engineered to manage different client and customer requirements for 3rd Party Fulfillment and Logistics operations, wholesale distributors and manufacturers. Cadence TMS is an easy to use browser based software system that takes the paperwork, guesswork and mistakes out of the most complex parcel and LTL shipping operations. It manages the whole shipping process: transportation planning, outbound shipment manifesting, carrier and customer label generation (and certification), shipment tracking, carrier selection, and detailed reporting. Cadence TMS is tightly integrated with our WMS and web order management systems to streamline eCommerce fulfillment from inventory receipt and order capture all the way through picking, shipping and final delivery.

With Cadence, you can provide inventory information to your web storefront on the Internet,backed by real-time information, directly from the system database. Customers can access your warehouse via the Internet to search product
catalogs, build and place orders, check order status and locate inventory. Cadence Web Access organizes customer specific product catalogs for users to search for and select products; add them to shopping carts to build orders and quotations. It includes catalog searching, product images, style sheets and detailed product information.
Based on secure log-in, each customer can be given a different catalog of products and be set up with specific order processing rules. Cadence enables users to send orders to multiple accounts on user defined distribution lists of ship-to addresses and manage order templates for recurring orders. Users can manage address, password, and account information remotely with the Web Access “Self-serve” maintenance features.

Cadence Activity Billing System (ABS) captures activities in the warehouse along with accessorial charges incurred in your operation. ABS uses events captured from the daily operations of your company to discretely track, control, and process Client invoices. By implementing Cadence ABS, your enterprise will leverage the ability to quickly and accurately capture events at the transaction level to provide granular billing efficiency.
Cadence ABS is a complete billing system for third party service Providers that gathers information at multiple levels: customers, items, transactions, etc. Cadence ABS provides complete tracking and billing of all activities such as receiving, storage, picking, shipping and order capture which are generated by the warehouse, transportation and order modules. It creates customized invoices based on a detailed schedule of billable services.

Cadre Implementation Services goes beyond installing a system. We start by evaluating the physical network, external communications, and hardware/ platform options, whether on-site or hosted. We review each system component and how it’s integrated with other internal and external systems. Then we look at the existing data resources and how they can be migrated to Cadence.
As systems are implemented, customer personnel are involved every step of the way. This on-going training provides familiarity, confidence and ownership of the system by both internal users and IT personnel. Tests are conducted throughout the process to ensure system and data accuracy.
